this apartment is perfectly located and very well remodeled with a few key exceptions - sound proofing and bed linens.we were unfortunately below a very loud and younger group that held wrestling matches(?) into 3 am, banging and dragging chairs. the company was not helpful and our noise canceling earphones were only partially effective.the pillows and bed linens are too cheap and thin for this otherwise nice and sunny space.we were expecting street noise given its great location, there was none.

The location itself is good, right by a cosy quiet square with a handy supermarket around the corner and yet close to the center at walking distance, but also the Rossio train station is not far away (to Sintra for example). The appartment is not big (certainly the bathroom is small) but fits for a few days. No noise from the dead-end street (windows closed). Quick solution provided by GuestReady for malfunctioning shower drainage, thanks again!

Thank you so much for your positive feedback! We are thrilled you enjoyed the convenient location of the apartment, close to the charming square and nearby amenities. It's great to hear you found it fitting for your needs during your stay and appreciated the quiet surroundings. We apologize for the initial issue with the shower drainage and are glad our team could promptly assist in resolving it. Your comfort and satisfaction are our priority. We hope to welcome you back soon for another enjoyable stay! GuestReady Team

Excellent location and very responsive owner. However, there are 56 narrow and difficult stairs immediately after entering the building, so this is important to consider if travelling with elderly people or anyone with limited mobility. The main issue was the cleanliness at check-in. We arrived at 3:00 PM, but the apartment was dirty, the beds were not made, and the bathrooms had not been cleaned. We contacted the owner immediately, but the housekeeper only arrived around two hours later. After cleaning, we discovered that the bed sheets had still not been changed, which was our main concern. Great location and communication, but the apartment should have been properly cleaned and prepared before the scheduled check-in.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to know that you appreciated the location and our responsiveness. We completely understand the inconvenience caused by the number of stairs, and this will be mentioned more clearly in our property description for future guests. We're truly sorry about the cleaning issues upon your arrival. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide. Please rest assured that we are looking into this issue to ensure it does not happen again. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. Great location and style

This apartment felt clean and new and stylish and we loved the location near bario alto and rossio square. Very convenient. We are a family of 4 with 2 teens and so the uphill location and the 4th floor walk up to the apartment was not too bad. Some fixes that need tending to: the toilet and kitchen faucets were not secured in place and could not be tightened easily by us. The overhead shower fixture was non-functional and we were limited to the hand-held sprayer only for showers. The power went out in the apartment 5x but was a quick fix each time with the flip of the breaker. Otherwise well-equipped and nice home to stay for a few days.

Excellent Stay!!

We arrived in Lisbon 30 minutes before the region wide power grid failure. It was an intense time but the property mangers made sure to message us and were available to help with whatever we needed. It helped that we were able to access the property by unlocking a key through a manual lockbox. The space was beautiful with tons of natural light and great airflow. Exactly what it looked like in the pictures! It was also a perfect location for being steps away from bustling plazas, cafes, wine cars and restaurants while also being on a super quiet street so it was easy sleep. The area around the property was also well light and comfortable. My friend and I are young woman and felt comfortable coming home late or leaving early for all of our adventures around town. I will absolutely be staying at this property again when I return to Lisbon - obrigado!!

We enjoyed our stay( Dec 6-13) at your property, and the location was perfect. Also, the apartment was nice and modern, and the decor was clean. However, we did want to mention a few things The appliances were confusing to operate, even after watching YouTube videos that we found on them. You may want to consider keeping a simple set of directions on hand. Also, we had an incident where we went to use a few of the kitchen appliances all at once, and the breaker switch kicked off and we had no power in the apartment. My husband luckily knew where the breaker box was and reset everything. In addition, there were a few issues with the bathroom. The shower leaked a lot, the sink drain did not empty, and the toilet repeatedly stuck in flush mode. These were minor inconveniences for us, but we just wanted to make you aware. Otherwise, we had an amazing time staying at your property.
