Best Christmas in Paris

I would highly recommend this property. We spent Christmas in Paris with my 80-year-old mother and 3 young adult daughters. There was plenty of space, it was bright and well-appointed. One minor adjustment needed to be made to a radiator; they were responsive and there within the hour. We booked this property 9 months before our trip since we were traveling at Christmas. Communication along the way was stellar. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Lost electricity second day which is not host fault but when we asked for candles or flashlight they told us to go buy which would have been fine but we would not be able to get back in building without electricity and mentioned that to them numerous times and was ignored. When electricity did come back on after being out for over 6 hours we had no hot water. Host replied back hours later with just picture on how to reset. I told them it did not work and then waited another few hours for them to respond with a video which did nothing. Then leak from bathroom ceiling which causes an unsafe environment. Finally said they would send done e out next morning but that is morning we were leaving. Host was no help while we were there and I was ignored when brought up problems and asked for some sort of refund due to no hot water and ceiling leaking.
