The best view I've ever had

This property was clean, modern, and well decorated! It had everything we wantes in a VRBO, and the kitchen was fully stocked. It is perched atop a tall cliff, and provided very scenic views of the ocean, as far as the eye could see!

We have rented villas globally for 30 years, and this was our least relaxing stay. The property is tired, poorly maintained, and fails to live up to the VRBO photos. While fine as a brief base, it is unfit for a relaxing two-week holiday.Beds: Horrific. The master bed sagged so badly it was unusable. The second bed was concrete-hard with no topper. We barely slept.Lounge: The sofa was incredibly uncomfortable. The foam was so worn out that we sat directly on the wooden slats with zero leg support.Outdoors: The biggest letdown. A large pine tree completely blocks the "Ocean Panorama" view. Sunbeds sagged, tables were rotting pallets, and the seating consisted of basic wooden stools. We had to drag indoor chairs outside to sit. The space also lacks wind/rain protection, making it unusable in bad weather.Kitchen & Bath: Appliances were excellent, but the knives were completely blunt. The bathroom suffered from intermittent drain odors. The shower head wouldn't stay up on its bar, and the sink plug lacked a seal to hold water.Host (HOMIE): Generally fine, but they disruptively requested access days before departure just to top up scented diffusers—seemingly to mask the sewage smell.Verdict: We cannot recommend this villa for anything more than a few days. It requires serious maintenance and new furniture to justify its premium price.

Wonderful Scenic View

It was a charming well planned home. The kitchen with lovely cabinets was bright and very well equipped. Very comfortable beds. There were good heaters on the walls but it was still quite cool as the house was very exposed sitting on a cliff. We loved the well built windows and balconies that gave us views of the distant towns and ocean. We were able to access a Levada very close by which was convenient for us. It was also a very quiet area with little traffic.

Wonderful

An absolute fantastic house for a great vacation on the beautiful island Madeira. The view, the sunset, the pool and the Ausstattung - nothing could be better. The house is located at the south west end of madeira with the best view to the ocean and the sunsets. It has its own parking place and is in a very quiet and relaxing area. You can reach beautiful places like Porto Moniz, Calheta, Funchal and the best levadas of the Island by car. Also the contact to the Verwaltung was perfect. The Kids and we felt absolutely well during our time at the House. We will come back here again.

The best view ever!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Im Haus selber muss einiges verbessert werden. Wir hatten einige Mängel, an denen gearbeitet wurde, die aber nicht abschließend beseitigt werden konnten. Die Küche sollte neu ausgestattet werden.
