Can’t say enough good things about this apartment! The location is incredibly convenient, and the space is perfect for two people. The hosts were wonderful—very responsive, accommodating, and attentive. They always got back to us quickly and even arranged for someone to pick my husband and me up from the pedestrian area, which we really appreciated! One thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is on the third floor, so be prepared if you’re traveling with heavy luggage. Also, the building has an older charm, so don’t expect a modern bathroom. While it was clean and functional, it is definitely dated.Overall, we had a lovely stay and really appreciated the hospitality. We’d happily stay here again!
Excellent location, close to everything you would want. Smooth check in, nice living room, (quiet street but may be different in summer). Small but nice kitchen. Perfect for 1-2 people. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
The apartment had everything I needed, including basic kitchen items for an evening in. The host was very responsive and check in was smooth! Thanks for a great stay.

The apartment was fine and in a great location. The three flights of stairs were for real. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning. The mattress has a busted spring that was in my back most of the night. It was an authentic Italian experience. A few tweaks and this could be an awesome spot. Add some towel hooks and maybe a shelf or two in the bathroom to make it function better. Upgrade that mattress and clean up a bit. A handyman could spend a coupleOf hours in there and make it a jewel.
Cesare was very informative. It help so much to have someone to help us. Sugestion may be a larger coffee machine would be great and kitchen rags would be useful as well
Amazing apartment. Well appointed…hair dryer, iron, extra detergent pods. Manager met us quickly and pointed out all the apartment features. Recommended several restaurants in the area that were all really good. Our only complaint is the noise from some drunk American students on spring break. Nothing the apartment can do about that. The small street can get loud just from a few people. Other than the potential for noise, great location and great apartment.
We enjoyed our time at this VRBO! The host was very helpful and had someone meet us for check in. The process went smoothly, he showed us how to use the AC, the balcony, etc. it was a bit more of a rustic place than we thought the pictures showed, but it was clean and well kept otherwise. The AC was leaking in the heat wave and the host dealt with it within hours and was super helpful, and we had no issues with it after that. The bathroom is small but it wasn’t an issue for us, just good to note. The location could NOT have been any better! 5 mins to so many things, a 30 second walk to Piazza Della Signoria, and 5 mins from the duomo!! Our only difficulty was with the big lock on the door which wouldn’t align to lock from the outside, but there is another lock automatically when the door closes. If you have large luggage also be aware it is many stairs to walk up to get to the apartment. We loved our stay in Florence!
