About this property

Ski-in/ski-out Slopeside condo--we own two, side-by-side, for larger groups!

Your home away from home, perfect for couples or larger families. We offer access to two side-by-side condo's (unit 1405=1127576 and 1407=371357), mountain view condos snuggled right up to Hughes, the main slope leading down to the Zephyr Express Lift. Grab your skis and poles from your own private locker and hit the mountain; it's as easy as that!

Our one-bedroom condos are convenient to everything in the resort: the tubing hill, skating pond, multiple bars and restaurants, and the ski rental shop. Sunny, bright and cozy at 590 sq. feet, we're located on the fourth floor in an elevator building with laundry right down the hall and a Starbucks just steps away.

You can sit on the back deck and watch your family go up the Zephyr Lift and you can watch them ski down Hughes when they're ready to return to the condo at day's end. It's a fantastic experience for everyone.

Family vacation time is precious and our goal is for you to enjoy your family time in a spic and span condo, excellently located so that you can have plenty of time to enjoy the kind of good old-fashioned family fun that you will reminisce about for years to come.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Return the keys
Upon check out please complete the following tasks: 1) Load the dishwasher and start it so the dishes are clean. 2) Take the trash to the basement and place it in the dumpster.
3) Collect all of the towels and put them in a pile on the bathroom floor 4) Please leave the room keys on the kitchen counter, or feel free to return them to the mailbox if you don’t mind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful Ski-in Ski-out Condo

We had a great experience with this condo right next to the ski hill, restaurants, the gondola and sleding hill. The owner was fantastic! Great experience! Would highly recommend.

This condo in Winter Park is the perfect ski in/ski out. It's right on the slopes under the gondola. The unit is clean and was perfect for us. Matt is a great host. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location! This is our second time staying In "Side by Side" unit. Unit is clean with easy access to slopes, hot tubs and lockers. Host is easy to work with. Great communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Zephyr Mountain Lodge Slopeside Building is the best location

Really enjoyed staying at this place. Easiest way to ski Winter Park. Ski lockers located on the second floor. Walk right out the egress doors adjacent to the lockers, throw on skis, and ski 250 feet down to the Gondola. Close walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, and Starbucks.

Cozy and a good value stay

We got to the resort around 11am in the morning, and Matt was nice and let us have an early check-in. Everything was very clean, except the sheets for pillows and beds smell a little bit musty. We will consider booking this stay again next time !

Updated condo with great location!

Our family enjoyed the ski-in/ ski-out location. The hot tubs were nice after a day on the mountain. Condo was clean. Full kitchen. The bed in the bedroom has a soft mattress, not what we’re used to, but likely fine for most ppl! Quite unit/ building. Great communication from Matt (his brother Chris).

This unit was a perfect location for a ski weekend with my daughter. Very convenient location to the gondola, and the locker facilities make swinging back inside for a slope side lunch extremely easy. The owner was very responsive - I have rented from him twice, and anticipate that I will do so again.

Great condo

This condo was very convenient for our ski weekend. Comfortable and enough space for our family for the weekend. The kitchen has most things, but it's not going to be stocked like your kitchen at home, so if you need a specific tool, be sure to bring it. Bathroom had soap, shampoo and conditioner, which was really nice.

Perfect Place for Our Winter Park Trip

This place was perfect for our trip. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The "magic" door was on floor two. Step outside and there are a couple hot tubs. Go 10 more feet and your are right on the slopes. This was true ski in and out. Not to be confused with so many places that claim this and then you have to schlep skis through a village. Hope to stay here again!

Great Location, Cozy Unit

Truly nothing easier than having lockers right where you exit to ski. No walking. Buckle up and go. The only thing to be aware is that these units are very cozy, smaller than other rentals off mountain. That said, Matt's unit made the most of size, was well appointed and he was a superb host.

Great location

One of the only true ski-in ski-out locations at Winter park. You can ski up to the door of the Slopeside Zepher Lodge, and the ski lockers are right inside the door. If you are renting skis, the shop is right outside the locker room, making it really convenient. Love the location and the condo was great. It was nice to some spices, sugar, and creamer left by the owner. I will rent here again. Only complaint I would have is that the Zepher charges $18 a day for parking in the underground garage. This is the first time I have been charged by a condo for parking, after decades of ski-in ski-out condos. It's funny but I stayed here for mountain biking in the summer and they did not charge then.

Amazing true Ski-in Ski-out condo

Loved our 4 night stay at this 1 BR condo slope side at Winter Park -Unit and location were exactly as described in the listing -We literally would put on our ski boots in the condo; take the elevator down to the 2nd floor ski locker room and then out the door to put on skis and ski down to the gondola. At the end of the day we took the Corridor trail back down to the condo. -Two hot tubs right outside the ski lockers were heavenly -the condo itself is well-stocked with a lot of extras you don’t get at other rentals: salt and pepper; spices; PAM cooking spray; Keurig coffee pods; ketchup, dish soap, hand wipes…shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and more. -our adult daughter said the Queen sofa bed was pretty comfortable —We highly recommend renting from Matt If you do-we highly recommend these two restaurants: LIME right in the village (walk from Condo) and Pepe Osaka’s (an approximately 10 minute drive into downtown Winter Park) Only suggestions for upgrades would be: —Smart TV with ability to watch Netflix -a binder in the unit explaining how to open lockers; how to best pay for parking; suggested restaurants, etc (we were lucky to able to get most of this info from the host’s brother who was staying in their condo right next door to ours and he was super-helpful) -

Nice condo with very convenient location. The owner goes out of his way to ensure a great stay.

First, the owner of this condo provides you plenty of information about the condo, the resort, and the surrounding area. He gives detailed instructions for checking in and out, and even provides some insight into skiing the mountain. A small issue we had with a malfunctioning key card was handled quickly with his input. Couldn't have asked for a better person to rent from. Second, the condo was as advertised and fit our needs perfectly. It is conveniently located right next to the slopes, and we could leave our room and be on the gondola in a matter of minutes. Just get your equipment out of the locker, walk out by the hot tubs, and ski down to the gondola. It is that simple. We cooked several meals in the condo, and the condo had everything we needed to prepare a great dinner. We even used the grill in sub freezing weather and had no problems. The bathroom was basic, but clean and well equipped with amenities such as shampoo/conditioner, soap, shaving cream and razor, sunscreen, lotion, etc. There were bath linens for 4, but be prepared to reuse them unless you want to wash every day(it's a condo, not a hotel, so daily maid service should not be expected). Towels for the hot tub were also provided. The bath does have handicap bars for those that may need assistance. The bedroom was fine with a small closet, tv, and, storage below the tv. The living area had a small dinner table, tv, recliner, and couch that converted to a bed for the kids. The bed had a good mattress on it, and was quite comfortable. The gas fireplace was more than enough to keep the condo warm. One amenity that we used constantly was the humidifier. There was one in each room, and we kept them running the entire time. There is a bench and storage next to the door for boots, gloves, hats, etc. Bonus: The owner of our condo, 1405, also owns the condo next door, 1407. Our group was two families of four, and it was very convenient being right next to each other so that we could share meals and just hang out together. The only down side to the condo was that there is virtually no storage for clothes in the living area, and the kids had to live out of their suit cases. Not really a big deal if you keep everything organized, but that can be difficult for teenagers :-). I would definitely recommend this condo if you are traveling to the Winter Park Resort.
