The apartment is located on the third floor of a typical Florentine building that does not have an elevator and measures about 70 m². It can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of two double bedrooms, a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Good to know: the apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator and is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00; for arrivals after 20:00, there is a supplement. The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). As per the regulations, the air conditioning temperature values can be set between 19°C (with a tolerance of 2°C) and a maximum of 21°C.
