Boca Grande Beach House, North Unit - Great Price, Great Location!

The Boca Grande Beach House, North Unit, is 1/2 of a one-story duplex. The house is casual and comfortable. It has a combination living room/dining room, two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with 2 twins), a well-stocked kitchen, bathroom with step-in shower and a large screened-in porch across the back. There is a private, shaded side yard with table, chairs and 2 chaise lounges.

The house is in a terrific location on a large corner lot, directly across the road from a 7-mile beach. It is caddy-corner to the historic Gasparilla Lighthouse. A short walk will take you to the charming village of Boca Grande with fun shopping and great restaurants. At the Boca Grande Community Center, you will find a workout room & play ground for kids. Don't miss the Johann Fust Library on 10th St. where you can borrow books and movies.Tennis courts and a Friday Farmer's Market (during season) are at the end of our street. The seven mile jog/bike path runs directly in front of the property.

Most of our guests choose to return year after year and consider BGBH to be their 'home away from home’. Once you are on the island, you do not need a car. Golf carts and bikes can be rented in town.

Perfect location with an amazing view of the lighthouse! Two minute walk to the beach across the street. Quick golf cart ride to the historic downtown to the north and Gasparilla Island State Park to the south. Easy check in. Perfect size for us. Owners were prompt with responses and very helpful during our stay!

A fantastic stay!

This VRBO is exactly as advertised. It is DIRECTLY across Gulf Blvd from the lighthouse and beach access. The home is well supplied with all things necessary for beach life, kitchen use, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay on Boca grande

This property was perfect for us and should be perfect for any couple! The location is ideal! We spent almost every evening on the beach across the street watching the sunset! A quick walk into town in the morning for coffee breakfast lunch or dinner. The property was extremely clean and extremely well equipped! We can't wait to stay there again!

Our January Get-Away from PA

This was a great get-away from the bitter cold of PA. Perfect location that is close to town, but quiet and relaxing. Just a few steps away from the Gulf of Mexico and provides a nice view of the palms and historic lighthouse. This place was clean, cozy and perfect for our vacation. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an affordable, clean and cozy place in Boca to contact Molly and Mike. They are very nice people and provide a very nice vacation rental.

Wonderful beach cottage. Everything was neat, tidy and comfortable. Check in and communication was perfect. Nice screened porch and outside sitting area as well. We loved the location: quiet with easy beach access about halfway between the pass and downtown Boca Grande. We would definitely return.

Perfect Location!

A wedding brought us to Boca, but Molly & Mike’s place made us want to keep coming back! The home is in the perfect location for the beach, obviously, but also makes trips into town only a half a mile walk, bike ride, or golf cart ride. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay from beach chairs & towels for a beach day to cozy beds at night. The perfect amount of space to for a small group beach trip for any occasion.

My family has been coming to Boca Grande since the 1970's. We have all enjoyed our visits to the island over the years. My husband and I live in FL, about 1 1/2 hrs. away and are very 'hands on' making sure that everything is clean and in good order for our guests.

Why they chose this property

The beach is directly across the street. Tennis courts and a Farmer's Market (during season) are at the end of our street. The property has a large yard with private shaded areas for each unit. The neighborhood is quiet. A 10 minute walk will take you to the Community Center where there is a work-out room and a playground for kids. Continue to town for great shopping, restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The house is a duplex. The entire house can be rented to accommodate 8 guests or one unit can be rented to accommodate 4 guests.
