Megas Alexandros is in an ideal location if you want a quiet setting with all amenities close by. The beach, shops, upmarket restaurants and nightlife of The Tombs of the Kings area are a short walk away. The pretty harbour, Kato Paphos and the Old Town are just a few minutes drive. The houses are finished to a high specification throughout with granite worktops in the kitchen and a marble staircase. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom overlooks the swimming pool, and both rooms have on suite showers. Downstairs the living area leads to a sizable terrace which is ideal for entertaining. This overlooks an attractive swimming pool with bridge and steps for easy access to the shallow end. The beach next to the deluxe Elysium Hotel is a short walk away and water sports can be found at Coral Bay.

Perfect stay in Paphos

We recently stayed at the Paphos villa for a family vacation and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, close to the beach and all the amenities we needed. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pool was a great addition and we enjoyed spending time relaxing in the outdoor space. Overall, our stay at the Paphos villa was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Cyprus.

Great location, great townhouse

The communication with Penny was excellent. The townhouse was clean and well stocked with amenties. The townhouse was well located with a short drive to all the Paphos highlights. The pool was welcome in the afternoons to ward of the heat of the day.

Very nice and pleasant property. We had a really relaxing staying.

The home is very clean, well equipped in a quiet area with all amenities in a short walking distance. The pool is excellent! Only very few neighbours using it. We were extremely happy with the choice.

Absolutely first class from start to finish. We had a few queries along the way that were quickly remedied with prompt communication. If i was to be picky, maybe a folder in the property with all the instructions for the utilities, air con etc would aid an otherwise perfect rental.Location perfect, cleanliness and decoration perfect, pool area perfect, no issue whatsoever.This is out 3rd stay at the Meg Alexandros complex and this property was the best of the lot, will certainly try and stay again in the future.

The house was exactly what we needed and had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. Check in was easy, finding the place made super easy by thorough directions. The pool is amazing, we had unusually hot weather for June and pur savior was the pool. Its a really quiet complex, most of the time we had the place to ourselves. Central location with restaurant near by, recommend Gusto! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we'll be coming back to this little gem.

Wonderful holiday

We have had the best holiday in Paphos, the Villa was perfect, as was the location. Everything you need in walking distance, nice quiet complex. Two weeks of bliss. Buses run every 10-15minutes and at €1.50 for any destination, no need for a car. Bars and restaurants were great, everyone is so friendly and can't do enough for you. Will definitely be going back.

This is a lovely house. Great pool and quiet location. Within easy reach of main bus route between Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay. If you don’t rent a car then the Wolt App can deliver all your grocery and takeaway needs. Aircon was a blessing in the recent heatwave. As

Great place to stay!

Great location, extremely clean and very well equipped. Easy access and welcome pack provided, car parking to front of house and we experienced no problems at all. Swimming pool is a few steps away from back garden and very nice and clean. Communication with owner was excellent, everything worked and quick Internet and British TV available if required. Walking distance to bars/restaurants and also Old Pafos Town, all worth a visit. Overall an excellent start to our holiday and would use again in the future. Thank you Penny.

Wonderful stay - excellent villa

Had a super 2 week stay in a very well equipped villa. The villa had a lovely patio area which led straight out to the communal swimming pool. We didn’t use the pool as the water felt a little cold for this time of year - march.The villa is only about 10 minutes walk to the tomb of the kings area. It’s about 20-30 minutes walk to the harbour area with lots of great restaurants.We found the local Venus beach excellent with plenty of sand and modern very clean toilets.Coral Bay beach is also very good and about 15 minutes drive away.We didn’t use the local buses but there is a bus station close by. Shops are also close by with a Lidl only 10 minutes walk away.Had a super stay and hope to return at a some point - thanks

Beautiful pool and appartment

Really lovely spot in Paphos, away from the main tourist strip. Quiet and well appointed. Lovely pool - really made our stay when it was 30 degrees and more! Supermarket 5 mins away by car. Air con cuts out after 2 hrs, so you have to get up night to turn it on again. Bring any herbs, spices, oil etc you need for cooking. Well equipped kitchen otherwise. We would definitely come back here again. Very comfortable for 4 adults.

Lovely property, perfect for 3 to 4 people. The house is in a good position if you like walking otherwise a car would be advisable to get around. Penny the owner responds very quickly and if there are any issues at the property, the manager Sadi acts very quickly, nothing is too much trouble

Hello, We live in Yorkshire in the UK and have owned our House at Megas Alexandros for ten years. We have great holidays there ourselves and go there as often and for as long as we can. Our two children and partners absolutely love it, especially been so close to all the facilities in the area, with beautiful restaurants serving great food in a beautiful climate, what more can any one want. We are very pleased that over the last couple of years many families have rented the apartment and they have told us that they've had a lovely time. It also makes a great escape for couples, and several couples and groups have returned for further holidays.

Why they chose this property

Megas Alexandros is truly a little gem. The location is perfect; quiet and set back but just as short walk to the coast and all amenities. The houses and development are nothing short of stunning and finished to the highest standard. We were so impressed by the quality of the build in general. Cyprus has one of the longest seasons in the Med which means more sun! Paphos is easy to reach with low cost airlines flying from UK airports. Paphos has something fro everyone; history, golf, water sports, sun, great food, lovely people, it was difficult not to fall for the place. There has been massive investment in the area over the last few years without losing its identity. This is a quality location we can easily visit time and time again and fly to without breaking the bank.

What makes this property unique

The development is quiet and very relaxed and is extremely convenient for all local amenities and has the benefits of 5* accommodation in the centre of the resort. The amazing weather, dramatic sunsets The Villa is situated just far enough away from the hubbub of Kato Paphos with it's wonderful Taverns and the night life and it's array of bars and eateries to escape any noise but they are both easily accessible on foot.
