We loved this house, and it was a perfect location, just a short walk from Camp Watercolor. The golf cart and bikes were great to get around the property in and if we needed, we could always book the free trolley. Beautiful house, wonderful memories. We'll be back.

I visited beach house with five of my girlfriends and we had a marvelous time. Such a wonderful house and such a wonderful location. We’d love to come back.

Perfect property for two families to share! Everything here was fantastic, and we would definitely stay here again. We have stayed in a number of properties in Watercolor and now that our kids are a little older, we love that the house is very close to Seaside!

Ideal location

The location was perfect for the local pool, and the golf cart and bikes made the commute to the ocean and local restaurants very easy.

Great location

We have been visiting WC for over ten years and always choose a different house each visit, however, this is one of our favorites that we might have to repeat a stay at. Very clean, located near Camp WC and grass field, on semi private street so kids can ride bikes safely, and golf cart included.

The location and layout of this home were great. We also liked that each bedroom had a private bathroom. The front porch was comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart, as well. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation experience for our family. The only negative was that the kitchen, though nice, was not quite as well equipped as some other homes we’ve stayed at in Watercolor.

Perfect family getaway!

This was our second time renting a house in Watercolor and everyone commented how happy they were with the property. The beds were large and comfortable and we had plenty of linens. A huge plus for us and our 2 year old was that the house was a quick walk to the playground and Camp Watercolor! The golf cart was perfect for our family of 6 to get around the community and to downtown Seaside. We’d love to return next year!

Fantastic experience

We loved the home, it was spacious, very clean, and fully stocked. They left us a really nice beach bag as a gift, and made check in so easy. The golf cart allowed us to travel to beaches, the store, and Watercolor with great ease. Bonus for anyone traveling with kids, or even alone, the Beach Club and Watercolor Club with a great pool, lazy river and restaurants. Sandpiper management company was phenomenal.

Watercolor fun

This is a great spot for camp watercolor. Loved all the trails and having the golf cart available. Some of the area rugs need cleaning or replacement. Maybe let guestes know to grab toilet paper, kleenex, extra pillows. For the price I thought it would be stocked.

Most homes in this area provide a starter set of amenities so you don't have to go to the store right when you arrive, but probably will not last more than a few days. Wonderful Week!

This property was great - loved the 3 king rooms for the adults plus the bunk room for the kids. Every room has its own bathroom. The location was fantastic! Being able to use the golf cart was so nice. Property management was awesome. We lost one wristband and they helped us replace it quickly. We had one maintenance item which was handled immediately. They graciously accommodated a late check out for us on the last day. The entire process was very organized. Will definitely be back!

Watercolor vacay

This is a lovely house in the wonderful Watercolor development! The house great! Nice open common area, comfortable beds, furniture, well equipped kitchen. Only issue we had was house was to include a golf cart. We were notified days prior to arrival that the golf cart had been wrecked and another would not be provided. The management company did work with us on refunding an 8th night we didn’t use. I felt a cart should’ve been provided but was told that was a perk, not a guarantee. Read the fine print is my lesson.

Delightful Watercolor

The property is nice but a bit dirty. The front porch furniture feels dirty as well as the back porch. And the shower leaks water more than come out of the faucet. There’s mold in in the downstairs bath tub. The brakes on the golf cart need to replaced. It took way too long to come to a stop. Our experience in Watercolor is always relaxing and we LOVE the environment. If this property goes up for sale. We’d love to buy it. Sincerely, Gayla Hart

Great house

The house was great for our party of 10. The only complaint I have is that if you are going to rent a house that sleeps 11, (4 bedrooms) having a golf cart that only accommodates 4 and two bikes is not really sufficient. I know that a golf cart is an added amenity and certainly not included with a lot of the rentals, but I feel like we paid a premium price for this rental to only have transportation available for 6. Either upgrade to a larger golf cart or make more bicycles available. When you pay a premium for a week, I don’t really feel like I should have to be paying for more bikes to rent.
