Broken and worn furniture. Very out dated. Lack if maintenance. Floors were filthy. The guest arrival basket was nice, but there wasn’t any toiletry (other than TP). Bathroom floor was full of cracked tiles.Location was good, but overall experience was poor and would NOT recommend.

The apartment is exactly as pictured and the furniture has all been replaced in the past 2 years. The property is professionally cleaned prior to each guests stay and we receive high cleanliness ratings. We provide toiletries and 24/7 support should a guest require us to drop something over.

Stayed for a night in mid September, we found the location to be very convenient and close to food, shopping, pubs, etc. Good parking and security at the building was greatly appreciated. Laura and Lisa were a pleasure to work with and provided excellent guidance and great communication with any issues we had.

It is in a great location for exploring Galway by foot and the view of the dock is stunning. I would give it a higher rating but the condo itself is in need of a refresh. The furniture was worn and some wall paper was peeling. If that doesn’t bother you, it is a quiet and convenient place to stay.

I’m sorry to share a bad experience with this rental. Unfortunately this place did not live up to the photos and advertisement. We were a group of 7 women and have some expectation of cleanliness and I’m sorry to say everything about this place was dirty with the exception of the sheets and towels. We had no hot water for our showers , things were broken, the check in process was a bit sketchy. It would have been nice if someone could have met us there to check in. I did receive emails checking in on things so that was a plus, but out hot water issue was never resolved. Location was good, but loud shipyard. :(

Great lication

Stayed for one night as part of a multi-day tour and the apartment worked we for our family of 7. Views of the bay were amazing! Apartment was a little more lived in than I got from the photos, though it was clean. Our family ran through the hot water pretty quickly so had to make some adjustments. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, as well as Eyre park for a stroll.

Coming from a family that has owned rental properties, I hate leaving a poor review. There are huge discrepancies in what is shown. The pictures must be quite old. Giving leniency on what is in control of the owner vs normal wear and tear, much can be improved on. The most bothersome of this stay was that the sheet I was sleeping on didn't even cover the mattress. At any given movement, I'd be sleeping on the actual mattress. The couches are in terrible shape, Accent pillows are nice, but I swear I saw a bloody booger on one. Wallpaper tears. Bathroom tile cracks. Unknown sprays on the wall that a renter should've cleaned up themselves. Floor moulding needs help. Location was tricky to find, but EXCELLENT communication, decent location. Upon our arrival, our quite large van did not fit the original designated spot. The owner was reassuring, excellent and immediate communication upon our arrival & discovery that the spot was too small, gave us another option. Important to note, this property has a security gate, seems to share a multilevel parking garage with businesses. Owner gave great instructions on how to access secured parking and directions to apartment. My review, while critical, I am being very honest about what the owner is capable of giving versus renter wear & tear.

Tired property

Location and views were great. This property is worn and tired. Patched wallpaper, old furnishings, etc. It could use a refresh. No soap in the showers. Towels were nice. The dishwasher was disgusting. Cleanliness was questionable in some areas. The host was a bit unavailable. I had to request twice just to book. The parking spot was nice although a group of guys were partying in the carpark and were quite noisy. The balcony was nice although the pebbles for flooring was weird.Wouldn't stay here again for the price, sadly, I just couldn't justify it. I wanted a splurge for our family, this didn't meet the mark.

The property is exactly as per the pictures and professionally cleaned. Shower gel is provided. The issue here was the guest felt they paid too much and wanted a partial refund.

Very convenient location with regards to center city but the place was pretty beat-up. Also be aware that the "4th bedroom" is jump a pull-out couch in the kitchen/living area.
