Killeen House and Gardens was an extremely lovely place to stay. Ideal home and property for a family vacation. The house was spotless with everything we could possibly need to make our stay easy. Kelly was a great host! Very accommodating answering all our questions prior to arrival and once we arrived she was at the house to show us around the house. Also, Kelly was accessible during the week. With such beautiful weather the fireplace wasn’t needed. We enjoyed walking around the property while the kids played.

This was simply a magical property that made our stay in Ireland a dream come true. The property was gorgeous and the house made us feel like we were royalty. The host was fantastic and so responsive and thoughtful we felt very cared for thought out our stay. Can't say enough about this place and hope to return some day!

What a beautiful place! Our extended family had an amazing time enjoying the spacious living areas and the gardens - and just a few minutes into Galway for food and fun! We had a special dinner one evening in the lovely dining room. Kelly was fantastic and very communicative.

Lovely house in beautiful grounds and very well equipped. As a three generation family of 12 we had plenty of space both in the house and in the gardens. We could all eat together in the dining room and there were plenty of spaces to meet up either all together or in smaller groups. A great stay and Kelly made it very easy to get information both before and during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Galway property and highly recommend it. The home was exactly as advertised and exceptionally clean from the moment we arrived.The attention to detail really stood out. The towels were truly five-star hotel quality, and Kelley thoughtfully provided breakfast items to help us get started each morning. It was also refreshing not to have to make an immediate trip to the store for basics like paper towels and other essential amenities—everything we needed was already there.Kelley was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The grounds were beautiful and provided lovely places to walk and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.Overall, this was an outstanding experience. The property was comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Galway.

Killeen house

We had a family of eight. Our adult children and mother and brother in law. Was our last 3 day stay of a 10 day trip to Ireland. The house is absolutely amazing and perfect for weary travelers. En-suite bedrooms were beautiful and plenty of space. Also common areas to gather after a short rest. The grounds are stunning and beyond description. Kelly as a host was the best we’ve had. Answered immediately always. And well stocked with food and tea and essentials for breakfast. Anyone going should consider this property. And the best towels!

What a great place to stay for our large family group! We loved the property grounds for the kids to run and play in, as well the various sitting areas in the evening for adults to hang out. The bedrooms were spacious and we appreciated the fans being provided during the summer. It helped the trip go smoothly to have a laundry machine available and multiple fridges. Kelly was so accommodating. House was perfect was 6 adults and 5 children (7-14). We had great weather that enhanced our adventure. Spent 5 nights at the house. Kids played soccer on the grounds everyday.

The house and grounds came as advertised, clean, spacious, rustic. It was the perfect location for a large family vacation, making an ideal base for visiting the surrounding areas. The host was responsive and cordial. Would definitely stay here again!
