The first-floor apartment consists of a living area with a complete kitchen and small lounge, a bedroom with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace from where it is possible to enjoy a stunning view of the San Girolamo canal. Possibility of an extra bed on request (single sofa bed in the living room). Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. An amazing stay - perfect quiet area that’s so close to everything! Truly a 10/10! We loved how the location was far enough from the crowds but close enough to enjoy the “must do” things. Hoping we can come back in the future!!

This an amazing place to stay! It is in a quiet area but there are really good resturaunts within a few minutes walk. It is very roomy inside and the air-conditioning works great. Staying here made our trip unforgettable! The balcony is so nice and a great place to relax. It did not feel like we were tourists it is far removed from the crouds, yet we coukd walk to all the sites. We would stay here again!

Beautiful apartment and perfect location

Comminication was top notch from the owners; check-in was a breeze. Location was perfect for accessing water taxis to and from the airport. Quiet location, but only a short walk to hustle and bustle. Great stay!

In my opinion, the pictures don’t do it justice! The space is so clean and lovely, it literally feels like a home away from home. The bed was extremely comfortable, plenty of towels, toilet paper, trash bags, pots/pans, storage for clothes, and extra accommodations. It had everything you need and more. The host was super sweet and helpful. There were recommendations and a book of what to do for trash/recycling. Overall amazing stay, and would definitely recommend. The balcony had a great view, and it’s the best thing to wake up to in the morning.

LOVED this apartment. Know that you are renting from an apartment group and not an individual. They had great communication and we loved the location. It was completely away from the tourist areas and we enjoyed dining around locals and going to the grocery. Loved the little balcony and spent 6 hours one day just enjoying wine and food and watching the neighborhood function.

the location is great. It is clean. But simples things that makes a VRBO a plaisant palce to stay are missing: Coffee, salt,peper, cooking ustensil,Rags to clean the counter, the cleaner to go with it. The visitor instruction seem like they are there since the last 25 years, very used... Very quiet place. This place belong to a Business and the lack of the owner touch shows.

Beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location in Venice! It was just far enough away from the hustle of the town, but still close enough that everything was only a short walk away! We had a great view of the canal! Our only issue was we got covered in mosquito bites. :( To get airflow, we had to open the windows at night, and apparently the mosquitoes came right in! Other than that, it was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Serene, wonderful location close to train station but away from the tourists. Sofabed worked well for our party of 3. Great communication and easy check in and out. Much better than booking the overpriced hotels. Highly recommend!
