Recently constructed 2-story, 1,600 sq ft house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms right on desirable First Avenue. Located behind a beachfront property, it has limited ocean views and is within a short walk to the Manasquan Inlet and Fisherman’s Cove. Minimum stay 7 days (Saturday to Saturday only).

The house is equipped with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher) and stack mount washer/dryer. Charming small outside deck with natural gas grill and a table with three chairs to enjoy those summer morning with coffee.

The rental property includes 2 parking spaces one in a garage. The house has WiFi internet and two smart TVs equipped with live television and one DVD player. Close proximity to restaurants, bars, fishing and much more!

Beautiful home by the beach

Beautiful home and lots of space. As advertised - very clean for a beach home. Stayed with 2 kids 5 yr and 4 yr old and 3 adults and it was perfect. Stocked kitchen enough for simple meals - need to have own oils/seasonings. Communicating was easy - Donald was very responsive. Would definitely recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely perfect Jersey Shore Getaway

It doesn’t get much better than this. The house is just about on the beach. The beds were very comfortable, a/c was nice & cool, kitchen & deck bbq suited our needs. All in all - we had a perfect week. The owners live very close by - But were unobtrusive. We would rent here again next year in a minute!

A few steps from the beach

Bright and roomy with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, this house has a great kitchen, open floor plan living space and lots of windows. The owners are helpful (Donald helped me park my car!) and responsive. A great Manasquan rental!

Awesome location but WIFI would not work all week. Family room couch needs to be replaced as it is very uncomfortable and more seating is needed. . Not enough sitting space to all hang out. House was beautiful and very updated.

Very happy with our stay

I came to visit with my family, my parents and my sister and her family. Pros- the owner and his son were very responsive to messages and very friendly. The house had ample bathroom space and is in great shape. Beach access was so easy. Cons- There are a lot of stairs. We wished there had been one or two more seats in the living room. Bring your own towels for the floors and bring your own salt.
