The apartment is pretty large for a studio, with king bed, two comfy chairs with ottomans, a kitchen island/bar, 49" screen tv, full size fridge, chest of drawers (6 drawers in all), and a large closet. One covered parking space for tenants. The apartment has a nice ocean view from the parking area. Laundry on site. No pets. Great for longer term stays- great for those looking for longer stays or relocating to SD. No pets unfortunately. Brand new A/C unit. To sum it all up-

I stayed for a bit over 2 months, and it was excellent. It was exactly what I needed as I transitioned between living locations. Great neighborhood, close to fashion valley, clean, quiet, covered vehicle parking, and the owners were easy to communicate with and took great care of the property. Would happily stay again

Long-term studio rental

We stayed here for approximately one month while we were trying to find a home to rent in San Diego. This fully furnished studio with a perfect long-term stay for us. It’s an older working class neighborhood, but this unit was affordable, comfortable and in a great location. Everything is newly remodeled and in good working order. The bathroom is up a couple of steps from the main floor so you have to be comfortable with stairs.

The studio is absolutely beautiful. Everything is completely remodeled-hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, etc. I stayed at this studio for 8 days with my spouse and i would greatly recommend it.

Why they chose this property

If privacy and quiet are important to you, you should be happy here- there is a large amount of space between our nearest neighbors, and it's very quiet. We are quite close to all SD has to offer- beaches, bays, Balboa Park, downtown and little italy- but are exempt from the problems that plague those areas (overcrowding/noise pollution/impossible parking situations). If you want to explore the city, but would prefer somewhere quiet and private to spend the night, this is a great choice. If you want to be in the middle of the city and walk to everything, this is not the property for you.
