The place is in an amazing location just I believe 2 min walk to the metro. It’s possible to the colosseum as well. I think maybe 15 min walk. The owner was also very proactive replying to all my messages. Overall I recommend the place

Nice apartment in a local neighborhood with nice restaurants and cafes. The park near by is amazing during the day but not recommended at nighttime. Close to most Rome attractions, 15 minutes walk to the colosseum. The set up is a bit unusual for north American travelers like the hot water, electricity, gas for the stove and internet. However, Francesco provided good detailed instructions. It took us about 20 minutes to get set up. The place is nice with a large balcony which we loved. It is very good value. We loved our stay and the host is very helpful and easily reachable. I highly recommend this place if you want to be close to Rome tourist attractions at a good price.

The furniture in living room, sofa bed , the fabric was falling off in pieces on the floor in the sheets when sleeping. Needs to be thrown out. We had the pieces stuck to our feet and socks. Gross!We covered it with a sheet to sit on it. Dishes and silverware were not clean. Only one fork, one knife, 3 spoons. The oven was a toaster oven that was dirty. There was no place to plug it in in the space he had it. Had to move it to on top of stove to reach a plug. Had to turn on gas from tank to use stove. I was too afraid of fire to use it. Hot water, had to turn it on, then wait45 min, barely got 2short showers before hot gone. Waiting another45 min.He was very generous with suggestions for how to get around and places to try. He did respond to questions quickly. But overall felt I was in and old war out place. Would not return there. The reviews I read had to be about somewhere else. I took picture of the sofa

Your assessment, as you also said, is totally different from the POSITIVE experience of other guests. Not surprisingly, it is good to point out to those reading that the sofa bed is so little used that it still has the sealed mattress, equipped with a sofa cover, which you will evidently have removed. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, cleaned before each check-in, and the oven is positioned next to a power outlet behind the refrigerator that you ignored. As for the gas, there is no danger, as there is a carbon monoxide and combustible gas detector positioned next to the burners and always active. Finally, to heat the hot water, only 20 minutes are enough, as per the instructions I gave you and which you totally ignored, enough for two showers. In any case, I did not expect a different assessment from someone who, since the booking, showed excessive and unmotivated reluctance to provide me with his identity document, necessary for communicating the data to the police station, and kept me on the phone for an hour, just because he could not access the Wi-Fi, having totally ignored the instructions communicated before his arrival.

Es el PEOR alojamiento que podrías reservar en Expedia. Es el anfitrión más hostil que conozco, no conoce la palabra "hospitalidad", "empatía", no tiene educación alguna, prácticamente quiere que pagues por la estancia sin tocar el alojamiento. Hace cobros por fuera de la plataforma y usa WhatsApp para solicitarlo, para que no quede evidencia. Quedamos atorados en el elevador, y en vez de preguntar: ¿están bien?, dice que jamás en su vida se ha atorado y seguro excedimos el peso. Su anuncio dice que no hay hora límite de check in, pero después te cobra por ello, y te obliga a darle una hora aproximada de llegada, y aún con el cobro extra, si no llegas, dice que debe buscar a otra persona que te reciba y te cobra aún más. Te obliga a prender y apagar el calentador de agua cada que te bañes, interruptor eléctrico de todo el alojamiento (peligroso), que subas las persianas sin rallar la pared, Dios, ¿no desea que pague su recibo de luz y agua de todo el año también?, jamás te hospedes aquí si deseas DESCANSAR y no preocuparte de nada.

Wie waren jetzt zweite Mal in Rom das Heist die Lage war für uns sehr wichtig und das war auch so, U-Bahn, Bus und Strassenbahn in verschiedene Richtungen 100 m. von der Haustür. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wohnung ist sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Francesco war sehr Gut, Informativ und sachlich.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist wirklich top – nah am Zentrum. Das Kolosseum ist in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer U-Bahn-Station. Der Vermieter war überaus freundlich und hat alle unsere Fragen sofort beantwortet. Ein paar zusätzliche Küchenausstattungen wie ein Wasserkocher oder eine Kaffeemaschine würden den Komfort noch erhöhen. Auch die Sauberkeit im Bad könnte an manchen Stellen etwas sorgfältiger sein, war aber insgesamt in Ordnung. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Rom sehr empfehlen.

Purtroppo, devo, però, dissentire da qualche tua osservazione: in cucina, contrariamente a quanto da te detto, vi sono sia il bollitore sia la macchina per il caffè mentre il bagno possibilmente non brillava semplicemente perché abbiamo, su tua richiesta, interrotto le pulizie per consentire il tuo ingresso in anticipo. Se lo avessi segnalato, avrei provveduto prontamente ad effettuare gratuitamente un supplemento di pulizia.
