Marizia's communication was excellent throughout the process. Wonderful apartment in a great concenient location near the Vatican and Metro. Grocery store right across the street. We would definitely stay there again.

The property is in a very nice and safe location. The host is excellent and the accommodations are comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants bear by. We have stayed at the property multiple times.

We loved our stay. Host met us at check-in. She gave a brief orientation of key points and made herself available for any of our needs. Except for checkout questions, we didn’t need to contact her during the stay. The apartment was very lovely and clean. It looked to have been recently renovated. The bed was comfortable. The location was excellent. 10 minute walk to the Vatican, 5 minute walk to shops. 5 minute walk to the metro. Many neighborhood restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store and pharmacy. The first night was a little bit noisy, but that is because we left the windows open. We shut them the next night and it was not a problem. If ever in Rome again, we would stay here.

Our Roma Stay!

Absolutely loved this place. Perfect location and great air conditioning to relax after the long hot day at the Vatican and Coliseum tours. The laundry machines really helped us too, as this was the middle of our 24 day trip. I highly recommend this as a home base!

The proerty manager prvide great sevice. First floor corner apartment with lots of light. Easy access to metro and bus. Great resturaunts close by.With elevator perfect for 2 older vacationers.

Amazing host and location

Our host, Marcia, met us when we arrived and gave us many great restaurant and activity suggestions. The apartment is in the Prati area which we LOVED. We walked almost everywhere from there, but it was also a very short walk to the Metro train. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our group of 4. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect and the accommodations were great. The apartment was was well appointed and very comfortable. Marzia was extremely helpful, arranging transportation to and from cruise port and airport. I would highly recommend this property when visiting Rome. We will be back!

Fantastic apartment in a quiet area yet close to the the Vatican and other sights in Rome

This is definitely a premiere property in the Prati neighborhood. Marzia and Federico are great hosts and their apartments are very clean and well-appointed. Their restaurant recommendations are spot on. Staying here is like staying with a local family and having the freedom to enjoy Rome the way you want to.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this location and our host was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. It was perfect for the 2 of us. The location was wonderful, all of the recommendations were great. We had a perfect taxi phone number to contact at any time. We would highly recommend staying at this location.

Marzia & Fredrico went the extra mile in every way to accomodate us from recommendations on private guides, transportation coordination, sites, restaurants, airport help, we can't begin to say enough. The apartment is impeccable and extremely well located. Absolutely made our stay in Roma fantastic. We had an interim trip to Firenze as well.

Perfect Stay

Location was amazing. Walking distance to Vatican, shopping, places to eat and gelato for my kids. Safe neighborhood. Apartment was very nice. Pull out sofa had a very comfy mattress and bed was great. Communication was excellent. No negatives! Will stay again!
