The apartment is located in the Appio district, a few steps from the basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano. We are in a central neighborhood of Rome, served by all means of transport, adjacent to the Metro A stop. With large green spaces available, including the historic Appia Antica park. Here you still experience the city on a human scale, in a time suspended between history and reality.



The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, sheets and towels are included in the price, but we offer for a fee the possibility of having an extra cleaning service during the stay, as well as a change of linen. The wi-fi internet connection is present throughout the apartment.

The building is equipped with a lift. In case of booking for two people, the second bed must be explicitly requested. The use of air conditioning is available from 01/03 to 31/10.
