Everything was perfect! Arturo is a wonderful host, great communication and so helpful. The apartment is in a lovely quiet walkable neighbourhood and has many good restaurants and cafe options. The apartment is clean, has a well equipped kitchen and more space than we needed. We loved the large outside terrace. We highly recommend.

I really cannot stress how wonderful our stay was, communication between Arturo and Marcella were outstanding and they were the consumate hosts. They really went out of the way to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed.The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly, we walked all over Monteverde and Tresteverde since they were next to each other. There are local grocery stores within walking distance, There are also restaurants scattered close by.The property sits right next to the major bus line routes. Getting to the City Center (which is downtown Rome) took no time at all. The streets are easy to navigate and Google maps has all the stops for the bus lines.Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely stsy there again if and when we come back.

Very clean with spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Outside courtyard off the kitchen was a great oasis after a long day in the city. Marcella and Arturo were delightful hosts, very welcoming when we arrived and had wonderful information about the neighborhood and transportation. I recommend this place for your Rome stay.

Quiet oasis from busy Rome

Hosts were very helpful during check-in and with any questions we had. Lovely apartment in quiet neighborhood close to some restaurants and supermarkets. Loved the outdoor area where a mating pair of turtle doves had a nest in a tree and would visit when you were outside. Overall great stay with great hosts.

The property was very charming, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The area is perfect- walking distance to all the main sites but quiet and we loved the courtyard garden (when it stopped raining). The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Amazing property and people. Arturo was helpful with directions, where to eat, etc. located near bus stop and great local food. It fit our family of four adults-two young adults for in the bunk beds. Local market just around the corner for food and drinks.
