Great little studio apartment steps from the Vatican. Had everything out family of 4 needed for a 5 day stay. Half a block from a pedestrian street full of great restaurants and a short walk to the subway. Communication with Gianluca was easy and efficient. Would definitely stay again.

Gian was a fantastic, friendly host who made her beautiful apartment available to us for five unforgettable, magical days in Rome. The apartment is in the best location right next to St Peter’s Basilica and surrounded by several streets of stunningly mouthwatering Italian restaurants. The apartment is large enough for our family of five and was very clean. What a great stay!

This was the perfect place for our stay in Rome! The location was easy walking to the Vatican and other places we wanted to go. The kitchen had everything we needed, and a grocery store was just on the next block. And the host Gianluca was helpful and attentive. This apartment was the best!!

Gianluca was responsive and helpful, which was all I needed since it was my first time in Rome and I was not exactly sure about renting an apartment in a place I have not been too. The place was cute, pretty much have everything we needed in an apartment and the location was excellent. Pio Borgo where most dining places are located is within a couple minute's walk. Getting there by Freenow or taxi wasn't a problem. Excellent host, and fun stay in a central location.

The apartment is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from St. Peter’s Basilica, a 15-minute walk from the entrance to the Vatican Museums, and only 10 minutes on foot from the nearest metro station. Situated in a historic building with elegant marble staircases, the apartment stays pleasantly cool during hot days and is also equipped with air conditioning for extra comfort. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. My kids especially loved the upper bunk bed level. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, frying pans, plates, salt, sugar, and basically all the essentials needed for cooking. There is also a small washing machine and a laundry line outside the window for air drying clothes. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay.

We were very pleased with the location, facility of getting the keys, and long-term parking nearby. Gianluca is a great host and was quick with requests and making sure we were comfortable. The property should be advertised as “sleeps 5, but as a studio”, as the space cannot be advertised as a two-bedroom property.

Great location, close to the Vatican and other attractions. Gianluca met us early before standard check in time so we could drop off our luggage. Plenty of restaurants close by, easy to. Catch a taxi if you don’t feel like walking.

Great space for families to explore Rome from

The orange apartment was as advertised, with all of the basic essentials. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and we enjoyed the great hospitality of the owners and the location. The apartment is very close to the Vatican, and there are many shops and restaurants close by. We would stay here again
