Inside, the property enjoys a large open-plan living space which is furnished with a digital flatscreen smart satellite TV, an L-shaped sofa and a pool table for the guest\'s enjoyment. There is also a separate, eat-in kitchen which is fitted with; a large dining table, an induction hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher and an American fridge freezer. There is also a shady terrace connected to the internal living space and sun terraces accessible from two of the bedrooms.

The property is located a 7-minute walk from the centre of Režanci, a quaint village nestled in the heart of the Istrian peninsula. Surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, and olive groves this is an excellent location for outdoor activities like hiking and cycling. The village is also known for its traditional architecture and charming stone houses. There is a restaurant and a supermarket approximately a 7-minute drive away.

Popular nearby excursions include a visit to the historic town of Pula which is a 30-minute drive away. Here visitors can explore the ancient Roman ruins, including the iconic Pula Arena and immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of this coastal city. The nearby town of Vodnjan (a 15-minute drive) also offers historical and cultural attractions including the Church of St. Blaise with its mummies. For beach lovers the picturesque coastal town of Rovinj is a 35-minute drive. The nearby town of Svetvinčenat (a 9-minute drive) is also worth visiting for its well-preserved Renaissance square and the impressive Morosini-Grimani Castle.
