This is a cute studio that has great features. 2 big negatives- one was that room was not ready, and I had to wait 1 1/2 hrs for it to be cleaned. The cleaning crew was good, but the bathroom had an overwhelming smell of mold that was untenable. The mold was not visible (appeared clean) but it has a severe mold problem. Because of this I minimized my time in the apt and in the bathroom. It also was up 4 flights of stairs; careful if you have mobility issues.
