Perfect location

Dan is a fantastic host! He was great communicator and provided helpful dining and sight seeing suggestions. The space is bright, modern and clean and is in a great downtown central location. Make sure to eat breakfast at Jam across the street.

Perfect location and perfect place

Unit is situated in walking distance to everything with great restaurants in view of the unit (Jam for breakfast must do) and the water taxi is 5-10 Minutes walk. Dan was a great host. Unit was perfectly equipped including coffee beans. Would definitely stay again

Wonderful location. Walking distance to everything. Communication with Dan was excellent. Our kids LOVED the “egg chair” in the loft upstairs. Overall, it was a great experience. We would book again in a heartbeat.

Great stay in Victoria. Had a wonderful time with my wife’s cousin and his wife in Victoria accommodations were excellent and Dan the property manager was very helpful and very alert to all of our needs. We stayed five days and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thank you Dan

Lovely Luxurious Loft

Loved this property in the heart of Chinatown! The patio was our favorite hang out spot. Very clean and modern will all the appliances you'd need and more. The host Dan was an excellent communicator and very accommodating.

Excellent place!

Perfect getaway! Dan is a considerate, reliable host. The apartment is lovely and thoughtfully appointed. We had everything we needed. Very clean, comfortable beds, great location! The weather was great, and we enjoyed sitting out on the little balcony with its inviting furniture. We would definitely go back!

Great in all ways!

The apartment was very clean, super comfortable and the location close to anything you might want to do in Victoria! The furnishings are modern and the layout great. We thoroughly enjoyed the small balcony for our morning coffee. The beds were comfortable- linen good quality. Dan was the perfect host and we enjoyed all his restaurant recommendations!

Perfect location, comfortable property, a definite gem!

We stayed in the Victoria area for 5 days and wanted a place where we could walk to everything in the harbor area. This property was absolutely perfect, being just one block from Chinatown and a short 10 minute walk from the Empress Hotel and the general harbor activities. The host was extremely gracious, providing the essentials in the unit and went out of his way to provide us with a list of local favorites to visit. Another HUGE plus is it's proximity to the incredible Jam restaurant which is literally 1/2 block away. The beds were very comfortable, linens and bathrooms clean and well furnished, the decor was tastefully done and our overall experience was exceptional. A definite 5-Star recommendation when visiting the Victoria area. We will definitely reach out to Dan when we visit next year!

Beautiful property in great location

We were a family group of 4 spending a week in Victoria and this property was a genuine home away from home. The location is great, the standard of furnishings and equipment superb and Dan was a perfect host giving us lots of information on local activities and amenities. We would completely recommend Dan's property and will be back ourselves to enjoy it again, thanks Dan.

Great place in Victoria, BC, Canada - located in the heart of Chinatown

Dannick was a wonderful host. The loft was quiet, lovely, very clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our week in Victoria. We were able to walk everywhere in the city. Dannick provided a list of excellent places for us to see and eat while visiting this beautiful area of British Columbia. Jam, a great breakfast place, is just across the street and you can check out the lines from the window to avoid the crowds. Excellent Accomodation

We were 2 ladies travelling with a young baby. The unit was safe and secure in a great location with many restaurants and shopping close by. The owner provided every convenience we could ask for including ensuite laundry, high chair and crib. The unit was very clean and well stocked and Dannick was a gracious host. Great location, comfortable and chic!

The apartment is on the edge of Chinatown and we walked to everything in Victoria. The place was very European, very clean, and comfortable for a family with two teen girls. The kitchen had everything we needed. Two baths was ideal, the washer/dryer was very useful, and the patio was a definite plus! We loved the city and we enjoyed experiencing it living in an apartment instead of a hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

Exceptional!

Excellent location and exceptional place! Dannick meet us at the time that we asked for and showed us everything we could possibly need during our stay. He pointed out some great recommendations for places to eat! We can’t say enough positive things!...just that we wish could have stayed longer. We will for sure be booking again on our next trip to Vicotria. Thanks again!

Great location and all the conveniences of home.

We spent at week at the condo in April. The owner met us on arrival and departure. He was very polite and professional. The condo was well stocked with the basics (cooking oil, salt & pepper, coffee filters, etc) needed to prepare basic meals and all the usual cooking utensils. The bowls and spoons were a little large for everyday use but we got used to them. We had rented a car (parking space included) but were able to walk to everything we needed from the condo (sights, shopping, movies, etc). There were lots of great restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks walk - and, umbrellas for those of us who aren't used to a week of straight rain. All-in-all a really positive experience with good value compared to comparable hotels in the area.

Well kept trendy place in a great location.

Really enjoyed my stay. Great location for access to downtown and surrounding areas. Dannick was super friendly and helpful but gave space for a relaxing time. Would recommend and would stay there again in the future.
