Located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the Vaporetto. You can also get to mains touristics spots by reasonable walking time. We enjoyed our stay!

The location was great, walkable to shops, the main attractions, and Vaporetto stops were very close for the Lido etc. We had a fabulous time exploring.It just could do with a bit of TLC as there were a few minor grumbles - main room air con not great, a window shutter that couldn't close, and the washer sometimes hard to turn on.Note there is no oven but we managed fine with the hob.

Zeer vies en verwaarloosd appartementDit appartement had nooit in deze staat verhuurd mogen worden. De schimmel, penetrante riool- en rottingslucht en vochtige, benauwde slaapkamer maken het verblijf ronduit onaangenaam en naar onze mening ongezond. Door het ontbreken van horren en de vele muggen kun je de ramen niet openzetten. De muren zitten vol dode muggen. Ook de keuken, woonkamer, slaapbank en het verwaarloosde balkon laten veel te wensen over.Schimmel in de douche, naast het bed ,op diverse plekken. Je kunt bijna niet ademhalen de hele nacht vanwege de kelderruimte.De verhuurorganisatie neemt naar onze mening haar verantwoordelijkheid niet. Het bedrag dat wij betaalden voor drie nachten is schandalig veel geld voor deze kwaliteit. Tijdens onze reis door Italië hebben we voor veel minder geld uitstekend overnacht.Een zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Absoluut geen aanrader!
