The apartment was lovely and situated in a nice area. It had pretty much all the amenities we needed. Our issues were the cleanliness in the non-main areas (under beds, behind furniture etc was very dirty. The main area that you see were fine. The air conditioner in the main bedroom was very musty as well -mit needed to be cleaned. So if the cleaning was taken care of, it would be a great place to stay.

Well located

Very clean apartment. Quiet neighborhood but not far from places to eat and drink. Short walk to the tourist area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Clean and well equipped appartment in a quiet neighbourhood. However there is a noticeable damp smell, not surprising for a ground floor appartment in Venice. When we arrived the washing machine was full of dirty water and the humidifier was turned off so the first impression was not great (we informed the host) but the smell became a bit less noticeable after a while. Also the humidifier was great for drying wet clothes after the rain. Comfortable beds and we appreciated the shower products. There were only three of the bowls and deep plates, would have been nice if a complete set was provided.

it was a lovely apartment in a wonderful neighbourhood. it was exactly as described and it was a spacious quiet place with lovely courtyard. wonderful retreat from bustle of beautiful Venice. Problem of communication and clarity of requirements with wonderful italy. While the company representatives were polite they were slow to respond, and last minute instructions difficult to understand after we were already in Italy elsewhere. Having confirmed several months ago a clear communication then of what would be required and when, would have made for a much less stressful relationship. We were completing confusing instructions while on the train to Venice. Would be very good if this can be improved.
