It features hardwood floors throughout, is spread over two levels, and includes a beautiful, fenced-in 100-square-meter garden for the exclusive use of our guests. Air conditioning is available year-round. Just a 4-minute walk from all the shops and public transport, which will take you to Florence in 15 minutes—and then back to this oasis of tranquility and elegance.
The Space:
Set within a beautiful private park, our home is arranged over two levels and features, on the ground floor: a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishes, oven, induction cooktop, and everything you need to feel at home. A convenient laundry room with a state-of-the-art smart washer-dryer and a bathroom with complimentary toiletries.
On the ground floor: a spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with complimentary toiletries.
Opposite the living room is a beautiful, 100-square-meter private garden, fenced in and equipped with a barbecue where you can relax while enjoying a delicious meal seasoned with herbs from the small vegetable garden. Two exclusive parking spaces round out the amenities of this gem.
Upon request, an extra single bed for children and a high chair are available free of charge.
Guest access:
Vehicle access to the grounds via an automatic gate. Entire property available for guests’ exclusive use.

Small dogs are welcome for an additional fee of €30 per stay.
