The FERN-VIEW house is an amazing place to stay. It has plenty of rooms, beautiful views, and has all the amenities needed to relax. We really enjoyed our stay and our host was incredibly kind. Definitely a place for the memory books!

This was one of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed in…. Full glass views of the lake and hills. Plenty for kids to do!! So fun. We loved it!!!

The house was stunning. All things were brand new and beautiful. The view was phenomenal and the slide/playground was a great added bonus. It was great to have a washer AND dryer as well! Highly recommend staying here!

What a home!

If anything, the listing undersells how great this property is! The home is amazing, updated and spacious. Check in was very easy, the upkeep was immaculate, and we could not have asked for more from our stay. This property is perfect for a family or even multi-family getaway. Quiet with serene views, anyone booking this property will not be disappointed! Thank you for an amazing stay.

The house was perfect for our surprise birthday house party for 10 people. The huge table in the kitchen seats 10 comfortably and we tended to naturally gather there. The living room was comfortable for all of us with amazing views, as was the outdoor fire pit. The weather was cold and misty while we were there, perfect for enjoying the outdoor hot tub. Every detail has been thought through and we wanted for nothing, the house was perfect. Jill was responsive to all our questions and helped us set the stage for the surprise. I highly recommend this house!

Lovely home in gorgeous setting

Family trip with 8 adults exploring Inverness before a Backroads hiking trip in the Highlands. 2 gorgeous King bedrooms and 3 lesser view/beds so if you have a large family, keep that in mind.Kitchen was large and well appointed. Gorgeous living room with beautiful view. Firepit, hot tub and lounges terrific if the weather cooperates.Communication with the owner was very easy and they took care of a few issues immediately and with grace.Felt extremely lucky to have found Fern View and will keep these wonderful memories forever
