Excellent base for visiting the area.

Property was very clean with all the amenities to make sure of a very happy holiday, and only a few minutes away from our family who live in Stubbington.

Baytree Cottage is a lovely holiday home in a great location with just a 3 minute walk to the beach, local shops pubs and restaurants all within walking distance, plus lots of interesting places to visit further afield, The owners have thought about everything, beds very comfy and it's great having a bathroom both upstairs and downstairs, the cleanliness of the cottage was superb,We would have no hesitation in recommending Baytree Cottage to our family and friends and would definitely love to stay again. Thank you 😍
