The apartments themselves were great! Just as pictures and we had everything we needed. The only issue we had was one evening the app wouldn’t unlock our door. The Emergency number worked great, but we ended up waiting 1.5 hours for someone to show up and let us in. The next day I left a message about changing the batteries in the lock and asked to be called back. I never heard back, but we also never had any other issues.
