Very nice apartment in Venice not far from train station. Several sets of steps up to the apartment. Rooftop patio and deck off of bedroom were very nice. Inside of apartment was great. There was a well-stocked kitchen, nice table (inside and out) for eating, a small couch and chair in living room. My only suggestion is to use the public water transit to get to the apartment. By foot from the train station was too long and too many bridges with luggage. Ask host how.

We loved this home, the location and had an overall wonderful experience. It is very quiet has great AC, lots of space and a wonderful outdoor patio. There is no elevator, but the stairs were part of the charm and not a problem for us. We would definitely love to stay here again. A few helpful things to know: 1. there is an extra fee if you check-in late, which came as a surprise to us. It may have been mentioned somewhere in the app, but was not obvious. 2. If you take the Alilaguna water bus from the airport, take the Orange line and get off at the Guglie stop, which is closest to the apartment. It’s about a 10 minute walk with suitcases to the meeting point at Campo de Madellena where someone met us and escorted us to the apartment. (Communication with the host was confusing around the meetup. I’m guessing the host manages other properties as well because we received conflicting information about which stop to get off at and where the meetup location was). 3. Downloading the google map of Venice ahead of time was helpful for navigating when signal was weak. Amazing spot! Enjoy!

We felt very comfortable in the vacation apartment. It is very well suited for a stay of several days in Venice. With the nearby Guglie and San Marcuola stations, the apartment is wonderfully connected to the vaporetto network.

Overall a very nice apartment on a quiet side street in Venice and close to the main stree for walking. There is a nearby water bus (vaporetto) stop making trips to the train station and sites easier.

This apartment was lovely and extremely clean, and in good condition. It had two outdoor spaces, with one of them offering a great view on a canal and bridge. The spaces were well laid out and the bathroom was quite spacious. A special thank you to the hosts who were extremely responsive, flexible and kind. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with the rental! There were 3 flights of stairs, which we knew about but want to make sure others know this. It also would have been nice to have motion detection lights in the stairway. We enjoyed the balcony and loved the overall space. One other suggestion would be some new towels. Lastly, the property manager was super responsive and helpful!

Fabulous location!

The view is amazing and the place is very clean. The balcony is a great place to people watch and have some wine or Presecco. The stairs are a bit rough... but we're older and out of shape. We actually appreciated the exercise. The neighborhood is super charming. We would definitly come back!

Sig.ra Nicoletta was the best thing about this rental! She helped us so much in finding the best route for getting off the island (bus was the best way) and the timetables etc We were worried as our British Airway flight left from VCE at 7:30 a.m. but she mapped out our route to the bus station for us and was SO helpful. The apartment was good however the beds were on the small side so be aware. The double bed wasn't a queen. It was exactly 4'6" wide so a 'standard double'. Usually Italian beds are very roomy. This wasn't. The twin beds were 2'7" wide so not the normal 3 ft. Small. Still, they were comfortable but we ended up using the twin beds after one night in the double. Also, it was impossible to sit up and read in the double as a shelf hits you in the back on the neck. No, didn't work out. Still, the kitchen was adequate and the toaster wonderful! The drip coffee maker had it's own 'basket' so no filters needed. There's a smart tv but we were unable (without a Roku etc) to get more than 2 english channels with very old programs but it was something anyway. All in all a good rental. 49 steps up - no problem. In the center of Cannaregio which was wonderful. Just where you want to be.

The perfect Venetian Apartment

We loved our stay so much! When we arrived we were given clear instructions on where to walk and who to meet. Elisa was the lady and she was in the square waiting to show us to the apartment because it would be almost impossible to find it with Google Maps. Elisa was very helpful and gave us a full run down on the property before leaving us to it. Elisa even said we could help ourselves to any supplies there such as washing liquid, sugar, oil etc. Very helpful. Amazing service! The place itself is obviously very old but fully renovated for maximum comfort. But be aware there is no lift and the apartment is at the top so you need to be able to get your luggage up 5 flights of stairs. The beds were comfy and the area was super quiet so great for families. There was air con in every room and the balcony was spacious and lovely for outdoor dining at the table. Our son befriended a gecko on the balcony - it was there for our whole stay. We loved the view over the church, square and canal. The kitchen was functional but could do with a few more cups and a bread knife! Great to have a dishwasher. Good shower and washing machine. The washing rack was a bit broken but the washing dried so quickly in the summer sun. Of all the places we stayed in Europe, this one was by far the best. Five stars ⭐️

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement. c'était la 6e fois que nous venions à venise.Nous avons trouvé dans cet appartement ce que nous cherchions : accueil sympatique, patient, et souple malgre notre retard, informations precises avant et pendant notre sejour sur les restaurants, vaporetto... Communication avec Alfonso et Nicoletta sympatique, rapide et efficace. Ils ont l'habitude des besoins des touristes. Logement très calme (sans cloche d'église à proximité), très propre, bien climatisé et climatisation silencieuse, bonne pression dans la douche, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas à Venise, beaucoup de rangements et agréablement rénové. Parfait pour un couple avec deux enfants maximum. Un grand merci !

Perfekte Location

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt mitten in Cannaregio und ist trotzdem ruhig. Die Dach-Terrasse ist ein absoluter Gewinn und jede Stufe wert, die man in den 3. Stock steigen muss. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für ein paar Tage Stadturlaub braucht. Nicoletta hat uns perfekt eingewiesen und vor allem tolle Tipps und Hinweise für Venedig gehabt.

Appartement en plein centre de Venise

L'appartement est très bien situé. Les explications données par Elisa sont très utiles (plan, restaurants, prix des vaporetto...) 2 lots de clés disponible ce qui est très pratique lorsque nous voyageons à plusieurs. Je recommande cet appartement pour son calme, et son emplacement.

Schöne Wohnung über den Dächern Venedigs.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, aber ruhig. Die Kommunikation super und sehr zeitnah. Vielen Dank dafür nochmal! Man sollte allerdings gut zu Fuß sein um die Treppen zu Wohnung zu schaffen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden herzlich empfangen!

Mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig

Die Wohnung ist super! Schön gelegen, ruhig mit Blick auf einen kleinen Seitenkanal, eine große Terrasse mit Schatten im Hochsommer, die Klimaanlage ist leise und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist klein, aber modern und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Nur das Bett im Master-Bedroom ist etwas schmal (gefühlt ca 1,40 - 1,60 m) und war uns zu hart - ein Topper würde helfen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Alfonso war nicht sehr schnell, aber gut und der Empfang von Nicoletta hervorragend. Sie war sofort am Treffpunkt, spricht englisch und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben.
