Welcome to Barcelona! We hope you have a wonderful stay in our flat. Please follow these simple guidelines:

1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways.

2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.

3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat.

4. No smoking inside the apartment.

5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.

6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking.

7. Tourist tax of €10.45 per night per guest applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days.

8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Monday to Friday: 8PM - 12AM - €40; After 12AM - €60. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: Until 8PM - €30; After 8PM - €60 (paid in cash or by card).

9. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending.

10. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock.

11. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage.

I had a wonderful experience staying here. The assistant that checked us in was one of the most pleasant hosts ever. As someone who often travels for work, I appreciate that the location was easy to find and the space was not only spacious but also well-suited for sharing.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Buyer beware! Not as advertised. The apartment was very, very worn. We had small flies which were probably a result of clogged drains. The bathroom sink was clogged and smelled which most likely caused the flies. The solution was to bug spray the apartment which didn’t help. We were also concerned about staying in an apartment where we had to breathe in bug spray which we were told was not chemicals. Hard to say if that was true. They also never responded to fixing the bathroom sink issue until we decided to check out early. Very disappointed in the condition of the apartment for what we paid. Owner should be incredibly embarrassed!!! I still haven’t received my security deposit back either.

At first I was skeptical as the reviews were so low but noticed the agency has many other listings and took the gamble. This accommodation is more than accurate to the listing, close to a metro and bus connection and commutable supermarkets safe / quiet

This accommodation is more than accurate to the listing, close to a metro and bus connection and commutable supermarkets safe / quiet neighbourhood where you feel like a local not tourist. the flat is cool so i found there was no need for air conditioning during our stay (it was averaging 27°c). The agency was accommodating to our needs and allowed baggage drop off as our arrival was much earlier than check-in and fast communication when we required assistance. This has been a wonderful experience and I recommend this flat to anyone interested and agency to book with

Pese a estar fuera de casa, te sientes como en casa. El apartamento es pequeño pero muy acogedor. No dudaría en volver. Les pedí un favor para la salida, por tema de operación, y no dudaron en ayudarme. Lo recomiendo.
