Limited shopping and dining are also available at the base area of the ski resort. Nicely appointed kitchen, new furnishings and ideal location with views of Mt. Crested Butte and surrounding peaks. PARKING: There is only 1 designated parking spot located behind the building, by the back door.

*The stairs are steep leading up to the two bedrooms upstairs and the patio is shared with the neighbors.

*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is located in the property binder once you arrive.

**This property is pet friendly. Our pet policy is as follows. We allow up to two dogs in the property. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $15 a day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats.**

**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.**
