We were very excited to stay at Stefan’s property but our excitement faded quickly when we arrived and realized the apartment was on a very loud and busy street with extensive construction in the next building over facing the living room and master bedroom windows. All day from 8-5 pm weekdays there was literally jackhammers going much of the day. Nights were also rough with lots of street noise heard in the master, made worse by window missing second noise mitigating unit. The building and unit desperately in need of a refresh, and the WiFi is a cellular not wired system that I had to troubleshoot to get good external signal—by window was best. Stefan was very responsive and I informed him of our disappointment and misrepresentation of the unit in the listing. Definitely would not stay here again.

As the apartment is located in a central London area, there can occasionally be external factors such as nearby development works, which are unfortunately beyond our control. However, these are subject to local regulations and are limited to specific daytime hours. Regarding the listing, we have reviewed the description and believe it accurately reflects the property.
