The villa is divided into two sections.
Linda, along with her mom and the puppies, occupies one side.
The other side is completely independent with a private entrance.
The first floor features a spacious dining/living room with a sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.
The second floor has the bedrooms and the bathroom.
The base price includes use of only one of the two bedrooms, your choice:
- Il Baldacchino, exclusively a double room
- La Stanza dei Fiori, which can be configured as either a double or twin (2 singles) upon request)
Two guests who choose to occupy separate rooms will be charged an additional 10 euros per night, which covers the cost of a third person.
One bathroom, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, an extra room in the back available as a storage room, a front patio with a dining area, and a large shared garden.

Intimate dinners and/or business meetings are welcome, preferably with informal advance notice.

We offer fiber-optic internet. It is located in the living room.

For longer stays, we provide cleaning once a week—unless otherwise requested, in which case a €10 surcharge will apply—which includes clean sheets and towels.

A laundry service is available. We wash, dry, iron, and fold.
A fee applies and varies depending on the load. Do not exceed €25.

The house is located on a large rural estate, featuring extensive farmland, a large stable, a tennis club with four courts, and a beautiful Venetian barn (barcessa) that houses a popular restaurant.

Just outside the house, the countryside stretches far and wide, and you can walk for hours without ever straying too far.
To venture along the Sile River on the splendid Restera trail, which leads all the way to the sea, all you have to do is step outside the house.

We provide 2 bicycles.
Kayaking, biking, stand-up paddleboarding, boat trips, and other nature- and river-based activities are available nearby, with rentals and organized group tours.

If needed, we can help arrange transportation to and from nearby train stations and airports.
Buses come close by, but you’ll need to walk a bit.
A vehicle is highly recommended. Car rentals are available at both Venice and Treviso airports.

We are very well located for easy access, yet secluded enough to offer the charm of typical Venetian country life—the serenity of a perfect agriturismo, surrounded by animals and family.
With just the right amount of input from the outside world —from casual meals at the Tennis Club to the aroma of the perfect “Fritto Misto” from the restaurant in Barchessa, which fills the air around 7:00 p.m. every evening—we provide a peaceful, yet well-rounded and enjoyable stay.

We’ll make you feel right at home—your home.

There is an open parking area on the driveway behind the house. There is space for 4 cars, allowing unobstructed access to the gate. Otherwise, there is ample parking on the country road in front of the house.

A vehicle is recommended.

We can help arrange short-distance transportation if needed.
The Venice airport and car rental services are 15 minutes away.
Treviso Airport and car rental are 30 minutes away.
Nearby train stations vary in distance, ranging from about 20 to 30 minutes.
Buses run nearby, but they aren’t easily accessible on foot.

We are a very musical and colorful family, with a certain influence in the area, even historically speaking.
We exercise the utmost discretion; however, for those who enjoy socializing, we’re here to share our little corner of paradise and tell the stories of the land we love.

Linda and Mom are available at any time.
Although we share the walls, we prefer to communicate via text so as not to disturb each other inappropriately.
Of course, if necessary, just knock on the door.

Linda’s Studio, located on the side of the villa, is available upon request for use as a gym. We provide weights, resistance bands, and yoga mats, and you can also book private lessons with Linda, a Pilates/yoga/ballet instructor with international experience.

The Studio also features a grand piano, available for guests to practice on. This, too, is available upon request.
