Detached, fully furnished 85 sq. M. m. house with a 200 sq. m. m. private garden, located in a private closed street, in a quiet residential area and closed to all services.
The house is composed by:
Entrance,
1 bedrooms (3 beds + travel cot),
And 1 bedroom (2 single beds and 1 sofa-bed)
 kitchen
and bathroom. It has heating, air conditioning, TV and wi-fi free, first aid kit, fire extinguisher.
Towels and bed white sheets are provided.

The enclosed garden:
is of exclusive use of guests and their pets for alfresco dining or relaxing.
Available: 1 sofa, 4 chairs and table on the porch.

Check-in time: from 2pm to 11pm
Check-out time: 10am
Possibility to self check in after 11pm

At check-in all guests are requested to show their identity card or passport (adults, babies and children of all ages).

Babies under 1 year free of charge.

Graduation Adventure

We took three granddaughters who graduated from high school on an adventure to Venice and Croatia. Our villa was in a nice neighborhood with a 30 minute tram ride to Venice. We had a great time.

Great place away from all the crowds

Great accommodations in a very quiet neighborhood. 5 min walk to the tram or bus stop with the last stop being Venezia! We loved the decor and "Tina" was the perfect host, thinking of everything. We loved the books she created with the history of Venice, giving us the feeling of our own personal tour guide! If you don't want to stay on the island with all the crowds, La casa di Tina is the place to stay!!

Wonderful Experience

Everything was just wonderful. Owner went above and beyond to help us with all aspects of our trip. She assisted with taxi, train and other travel. Maps of the area were provided. Every comfort was provided and many more offered. The home was very clean and all necessities are provided. Security was very good with locks and gates. Very comfortable and inviting home. I would recommend this property and more over this host very highly.

Owner was the absolute best I’ve ever worked with! So thoughtful and caring. Told us the best places to go, restaurants, shops, etc. The home was so beautiful and comfortable! Can’t say enough nice things about this home and owner. I hope we get the opportunity to come back and enjoy paradise again!

Wonderful Stay

What a wonderful host Michela is! She communicated with us on how to reach the residence prior to the trip which was helpful as we were using public transportation. She also let us know about local sightseeing and good resturants The home, located outside of Venice in a quite residential area worked perfectly as we hopped on the nearby tram to get into the city limits. The home is spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We would stay again!

Perfect Getaway

My daughter and I stayed for a week. We loved it. Easy walking distance to transportation. The house was quiet and peaceful. We felt safe the whole time. The host is the absolute best.. She is an amazing human and is there to answer any questions. We loved it and would stay again.

Fantastic

Everything was great! Easy access to Venice through tram (~10min interval, 20-30min ride) and close to the airport. We were very impressed about the upkeeping of the place, clean and charming. Parking was easy right in front of the house on the closed alley. Michela was very kind and beyond helpful, and it's great that she lives nearby (if you need her for any reason). All in all, a great stay!

True Italian hospitality!

Great location. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds!! Michela went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Had the essentials waiting for us (milk, bread, butter, etc) and even made a special trip to bring us eggs, bread, jam, etc for breakfast. Had all the maps and public transportation ready to make our trip to Venice a breeze. Thank you for everything!!

When we arrived at the house, Michaela greeted us warmly and with a big smile. We arrived at a charming house with a charming little yard. The house is specially designed, pleasant and beautiful. The antique furniture is charming and the kitchen is very well equipped. There was plenty of room for all our stuff and to stay comfortably. Michaela spent her time explaining to us how to acclimatize at home and the area. She took us in her car to a large supermarket where we did our shopping. The house is located in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. "La casa di Tina" is located in a private closed street, in a quiet residential area and closed to tram-line to Venice, Pharmacy, supermarket, (others shops. we LOVED this place and will come back!!!. Don't hesitate, and stay There!

Most welcoming host in a great location

We could have not asked for a more welcoming host! She met us at the house when we arrived, showed us how to work everything, gave us directions on how to get wherever we were planning to go and even offered to take me to the grocery store. Later she dropped off an AMAZING cherry strudel that she made for our kids for breakfast as well as their favorite lollipops! We are used to feeling like our kids aren’t welcome at some places we stay, but Michela made them feel SO welcome! The location was a quick walk to the tram into Venice and also to the number 19 bus that took you to the same place as the tram (we found the bus to be quicker but ended up taking both). The house was very clean and welcoming and Michela was always very responsive and SO eager to help in any way needed. The bed in the Master bedroom was also very very comfortable and we slept great!

Séjour merveilleux chez Mickaela

La maison est parfaite,un accès pmr ,de plein pied, décorée avec goût. Nous avons apprécié la proximité des transports tram et bus pour se rendre a Venise,place Roma,point de départ des vaporetto. Nous avons passé 14 jours à Venise,le quartier est calme,la voiture était en sécurité. Nous avons aussi visiter Trévise, Padoue,la magnifique vallée du prosceco,et plusieurs villa de la vallée du Brenta.Nos deux chiens ont profiter du jardin parfaitement clos. Mickaela notre hôte est une personne que l on garde dans son cœur en partant. Accueillante,gentille,elle nous a guidé dans nos visites,est venue changer le linge de maison régulièrement,et surtout devenue grande amie de nos deux chiens,au point qu elle est venue s occuper d eux ,quand nos visites duraient longtemps la journée. Grâce à elle, aucun souci, nous pouvions nous détendre et prendre le temps. C est un déchirement de la quitter ce matin,merci à toi Mickaela pour tes gentilles intentions. Nous avons déjà envie de revenir. sécurité.

Alles prima

Wir haben drei wunderbare Tage in Venedig verbracht. Michela hat uns persönlich empfangen, sie ist sehr freundlich und gab uns viele gute Tipps. Ihr Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer kleinen Sackgasse. Mit der Bahn konnten wir bequem täglich in die Innenstadt fahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastisches Objekt für Traumurlaub

Das Haus ist in einem Ruhigen Stadtteil Mestre. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut wer sich Selbstversorgern möchte. Michaela ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sie hat uns alles in Augenblick erklärt, und alle Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, und bietet Platz für ca. 4 -5 Personen. Der Küche kann man nur ein Mangelende Toaster vorwerfen, sonst ist alles da. Espresso Kaffee bekommt man aus dem Espresso Kocher, und Wasser Kocher gibt es auch. Mir persönlich fehlte ein bequemes Wohnzimmer, und die Stühle in der Küche waren nicht so sehr bequem, dafür könnte man milde Abende draußen auf der Sicht geschützte Terrasse wunderbar genießen.

Uitstekende locatie voor bezoek aan Venetië en de Veneto

Het huis is uitstekend, volledig en vooral smaakvol ingericht, alsof je in een Venetiaans palazzo zit. Alles is aanwezig, met uitstekende bedden. Hoewel het huis in een woonwijk ligt, is het erg rustig. Mede omdat het huis vrijstaand is. De verbinding met Venetië is prima: de bushalte is op 2 minuten en de bus brengt je in 20 minuten (met zitplaats) naar Venetië. Michela ontvangt je bijzonder vriendelijk en geeft je alle informatie die je nodig hebt. In het huis is zeer uitgebreide informatie aanwezig (in 3 talen!).

Urlaub im Haus Tina

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Michela empfangen, sogar mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten für jeden von uns. Das Haus war für uns zu dritt plus Hund als Urlaubsdomizil sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Nach einer Woche wurden die Betten frisch bezogen und Handtücher gewechselt. Das gibt es selten. Auch Toilettenpapier wurde aufgefüllt. Das Zentrum von Venedig ist gut mit der Tram erreichbar und auch zum Strand von Jesolo sind wir mehrmals gefahren. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen :-)
