Loved the place super nice and clean verry close to the metro for transportation and close to manny tourist attractions really enjoyed the walk to the beach and the aquarium definitely recommend booking here

Great stay & amazing location!

Very nice & clean. Newly renovated - the water doesn't stay hot for too long however it's not deal breaker. Shower quick!Location could not have been better - it is amazing. It's directly on Las Ramblas so it can be loud at night however, it is central to everything. Highly recommend.

Ubicación perfecta

Aspectos positivos: el alojamiento está en una zona inmejorable, al lado de la Plaza Cataluña. Con muy buenas comunicaciones, tanto por metro como autobuses urbanos. Existen muchos restaurantes y tiendas en la zona. Hay mucho ambiente diurno y nocturno. El alojamiento se corresponde fielmente con las fotografías del anuncio. Acaban de realizar obras de renovación del mismo. Todos los muebles son nuevos, la cama es muy cómoda. Sábanas y toallas nuevas. La habitación tiene unas dimensiones adecuadas para que un par de personas se encuentren confortables. Aspectos negativos: si no le doy más puntuación es porque me ha parecido que la limpieza no era suficiente. Después de una obra hay que hacer una limpieza general para eliminar los restos de pintura del suelo. Se nos quedaban los pies blancos por el polvillo que había en el suelo. Respecto a la limpieza del baño y de la cocina me pareció que la habían hecho de manera muy superficial. La habitación está poco aislada frente a ruidos. No se oyen ruidos de la calle, pero si se oye mucho a los otros viajeros cuando entran al inmueble y se dirigen a sus habitaciones por la noche. Tampoco me gustó la lámpara del techo, que brilla en la oscuridad y me impedía dormir agusto.
