Peak 9 was a quick walk and a great mountain for skiing with kids. Also, a very short walk to main street where there is lots of shopping and restaurants. We had a great stay!
The location for the price was excellent. Walkable to all the town offered. Everything was well stocked and ready. Pinnacle Management was responsive to our questions and excellent. And..it was human! Overall, our stay was excellent!
House was great. Easy walk to quicksilver and easy walk to town. Trash is across the parking lot in first breezeway - the help number couldnt communicate that to us but we found it

This condo was absolutely perfect for our Breckenridge vacation. The location alone makes it a winner—an easy walk to the ski lift and rentals, and just a quick stroll to Main Street for shopping and great restaurants. Having a coffee shop open at 6:00am only a 3-minute walk away was such a bonus on ski mornings.The condo itself was comfortable, well laid out, and truly felt like a vacation home. It easily accommodated our group of four young adults, one child, and mom and dad upstairs in the king bedroom—everyone had space and privacy, which made the trip so enjoyable. The upstairs king suite was especially wonderful and made it feel like a true getaway for mom and dad.We also loved having access to the exercise room, conveniently located on the bottom floor of the lobby—it was clean, well equipped, and easy to use.Everything about this stay was smooth, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We would absolutely plan to stay here again and highly recommend it to families or groups looking for a fantastic Breckenridge experience.The host was easy to text questions to and communicated very well.

The vacation home was everything and much more than we expected. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, well stocked and perfectly spacious for a family of four with two being teenagers! Everything was a quick walk to town or the slopes.The communication from the owners was exceptional. Check in and out information was clear and easy. Definitely hope to rent again!
Overall a nice place…however we were thrown off for not having A/C. We come from the Midwest where A/C is mandatory. Pillows were very uncomfortable, garage door didn’t go down, couldn’t figure out the TVs. There was a community hot tub rather than hot tube just for our unit.

We really enjoyed our stay. I would say that maybe some stand up fans and better pillows would be my only suggestion. The location was great. The house was furnished nicely and we enjoyed all the things!
Loved the accommodation. Great communal space, living room, kitchen area. Bedrooms met all our needs. Clean, well stocked. Everything nicely updated. Location is good, short walk to Main Street (5 minutes) and 10 minutes to quicksilver lift. Garage (is heated) is for 1 car with 1 spot outside of garage. Would stay here again!
This property and management were amazing. Property managers communicated effectively and were so helpful. This was the perfect rental and management. We will be back for sure!
