Need more glassware in the kitchen. Need good instructions for the kitchen appliances for people who are not from the UK and don’t know exactly how these work. Need a bit more clarity on the bedroom and bathroom set up. Need to include that the property does have an elevator that goes up to the third level.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Checkin: We neither got checkin instructions 48 hours nor 24 hours before checkin that we supposed to, as specified in different communication. When we finally got them, the instructions are to pick up the key at a location that is 1/2 hour away by train/tube. I sent message asking them to rearrange, no response. I then had to call and was told that instructions was wrong and to go to a different location. Make sure to double check the pick up location.Accessing apartment: We had exactly 1 key for 7 people. A couple times we had to leave the apartment unlocked so other people in our group could get in because there's no place to leave the key, though the listing says "home comes with a keybox". Listings: The listing says main room with king size bed, and en suite bathroom. There's no such room. There's a room with king size bed but no en suite bathroom. Listing also says "Office", there's no office. There's a bedroom with no window and it was so hot that it was not usable as a bedroom. Maybe this is the "Office"?Location: goodCleanliness: good
The host did not give us the key pickup location and I had to call en route to find this out. There were several cleanliness issues which were reported during the stay. The main issue was that the boiler is situated in the top/fourth bedroom and whenever anyone in the flat uses hot water, it fires up, making it impossible to sleep. I would consider this property a 3 bedroom not 4.
Overall the place wasn’t bad. The location is great and it is easy to get around London using public transit. The place had plenty of room for our group of seven. A couple of things that are good to know before you go are the tap water is apparently not potable. We found this out only because when we checked in the cleaning lady mentioned the host would be bringing by water. When I checked with the host they said that they do not provide water and that they do not recommend drinking the tap water. I feel like if the water is not potable they should have some signs as it seems a fair assumption that you can drink the water in a place as modern as London. The other major issue we ran into was one that was mentioned in other reviews. The water pump is very loud in the upstairs room and so if anyone showers, runs the wash, goes to the bathroom or whatever the upstairs people have a hard time sleeping. The outside noise is also very loud. Bring ear plugs or white noise or something
Great location but significant street noise. We were there during a heat wave which resulted in two of the four rooms being very uncomfortable. There were fans provided. The upper room had a pumped that kicked in as well which made this room unusable. The kitchen was well appointed with the exception of glass ware which was wanting. Outside of these issues we enjoyed our stay
