Great Stay

Perfect spot! Close enough to walk to everything but in a very nice, quiet neighborhood! Julie was a great communicator. No issues at all during my stay!

New Smyrna Beach House

House was perfect for my wife & I, everything we needed was there. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. Julie was a great host, she responded immediately to every question we had. Would rent this again.

Rex and his sweet wife were excellent guests. Would absolutely host them again. We had an unfortunate issue with the front door lock several times! They were very patient and understanding and we fixed the problem for them as best we could. ❤️❤️

Pool was great

Had a great time at this property. House was clean and had everything we needed. The pool is awesome. Was able to walk ,or ride the bikes to anything on Flagler and the beach. Julie is the best ,anytime we had a question she responded immediately . We highly recommend this property.
