The villa has an inside/outside flow connecting the living area with the terrace and private pool. The villa is ideally situated to explore a number of UNESCO towns from Ragusa Ibla to Scicli and Noto, all within a 40 minute drive, or you can head to the bustling resort of Ispica for more dining options and historical churches such as Chiesa di San Bartolomeo. WiFi, air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Kennedy is idyllically located just steps away from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, and a quick 5 minutes’ walk to the nearest supermarket and a local restaurant. Explore the historical, hilltop city, Ragusa Ibla, 40 minutes’ drive away, known for its stunning streets and its grand church of Duomo di San Giorgio adorned with exquisite paintings. The old baroque city of Scicli, just a 35 minute drive from the villa, is a stunning valley of palaces, churches and ancient streets. You can fully immerse yourself in the historic atmosphere before heading to the seaside towns for a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters.
