Apartment Demi Lune is just a few minutes walk from the Pleney Telecabine & Super Morzine. Located on the second floor of a well appointed residence, with a lift, the windows and balcony offer views of the Pleney slopes. You can also access the ski bus stop to Avoriaz very quickly. Morzine's bars, shops, and restaurants are right on the doorstep.

Apartment Demi Lune is part of a well established residence close to the Pleney Telecabine. It's family-friendly and great for kids due to the location and proximity to everything.

Apartment Demi Lune was recently refurbished by leading interiors specialist RS interiors. A fantastic size, the whole apartment has been meticulously planned with all mod cons and every detail has been considered.

LAYOUT (88 metres sq.)

There is a large open plan living space, feature curved walls and crittall glass doors which make it feel really light and airy. Offering plenty of space for 6 people, there is a large dining table, modern kitchen, comfortable sofa area with LED electric fireplace and large balcony.

The Kitchen and dining space are a great social space and the large windows and balcony offer views of the surrounding mountains.

The bedrooms are luxurious and comfortable. There are three bedrooms in total, two of which can be configured as doubles or twin rooms. The third bedroom is a spacious bunk room (no window) with stylish lighting and a cosy feel. The master suite, bedroom 1 is the largest and has a full ensuite shower room plus a balcony with views of the Pleney slopes. The Bunk room is next to Bedroom 2 and also shares a family bathroom.

The apartment also boasts an underground garage with parking for one car, secure ski and bike storage and a washing machine and dryer.

The apartment offers quick access to the slopes on foot or via the free ski shuttle bus which stops at the end of the road every 10 minutes. There are buses to all the different ski lifts - Prodains or Super Morzine for access to Avoriaz, and Pleney or Nyon for access to Les Gets. The buses also stop in the centre of town, and some venture further afield to the beautiful Lake Montriond.

There is free private parking on site.
