Arranged over four floors with a separate self-contained annexe, the house has been thoughtfully designed to maximise its breathtaking setting, with uninterrupted water views from its principal rooms. The grand kitchen and dining space is perfect for gathering together, opening onto a private balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee overlooking the bay. The lounge provides a welcoming space to unwind, complete with a wood burner and sea-facing balcony for spectacular Cornish sunsets.



The five spacious bedrooms include a luxurious master suite with en-suite bathroom and private outdoor space. Four additional bedrooms, two with en-suite facilities, offer comfort and flexibility for family and guests, while the one-bedroom annexe provides additional privacy for extended family or those seeking their own space.



A true highlight of this luxury holiday home in Cawsand is the private leisure suite. Guests can enjoy an indoor swimming pool with resistance feature, spa pool, sauna and steam room, alongside a gym space. Perfect Family Holiday

Thank you for an amazing family holiday. Lovely house. Swimming pool was well used every morning, afternoon & evening. Fantastic view every morning in a lovely quaint village. Whitsand Bay was amazing and the Aqua Park near Liskeard. Meals at The Bay resturaunt and more importantly a beer on the beach! Thank you for an amazing family holiday.

The house is amazing. We were a multi generational group and we all enjoyed the property. It was also amazing for dogs - the garden was very well enclosed - you can never say 100% but our two dogs did not escape! The views are beautiful and there is easy access to the local beach/cafes and pubs. There were some problems in the second kitchen/annex that need fixing, but we did not use it much so didn't inconvenience us.

The Perfect Place for a Golden Wedding Anniversary

We had a wonderful celebration at this amazing house for our Golden Wedding Anniversary. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Thank you so much for everything and for the incredible attention to detail—it really made our stay special. The views are stunning, the leisure suite is fantastic, and the spacious feel of the house makes it the perfect place to relax and celebrate with family. We even had perfect weather all week—how did you manage to arrange that too?! We couldn't have asked for a better place to mark such a special occasion and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Thank you again for making our celebration so special!

Great location for a family gathering, wet or dry with lots to do locally

We loved the location, and made good use of the coast paths, beach and of course excellent spa facilities. A really beautiful place and perfect for our family get together. We had to silence the fire alarm when my daughter left the steam room door open too long. It was only chance we happened on the login code to reset it ..and also my wife locked the pool cover, and again we had to Google to work out how to unlock. That aside, we had everything we needed and more.
