Entrance is onto the mid floor, where the air-conditioned main living area is located. There are plenty of comfortable sofas, tables for indoor dining, a brand new fully equipped kitchen (with plenty of cabinets and all the most modern appliances), a double bedroom with air-conditioning and en-suite shower room and a family shower room. Patio doors open onto the poolside terraces providing direct access to the garden, pool and offering breathtaking views over the sea and the sunset. Stairs lead up to the upper floor, with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins) and 2 family bathrooms with bathtub.
