The Space:
Welcome to your beachfront sanctuary! Our spacious condo combines coastal design and contemporary styling, making it an idyllic retreat for up to six guests. This haven features cutting-edge amenities for a well-rounded Staycation. Keep entertained with a wide selection of cable TV channels for cruisy movie nights. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections. Whip up delicious meals in our chef-grade kitchen, outfitted with sleek stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a breakfast bar perfect for laid-back coffee chats.

- **Master Suite:** In here, you`ll find a plush king-sized bed coupled with an ensuite bathroom sporting a modern glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

4. The Guest Access:
During their stay, our guests will enjoy undisrupted access to our entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. The property employs a keypad entry system, enabling self-check-ins and check-outs, adding to your convenience.
While the property does not feature a private exterior entrance, access to the unit is catered through the secure main entrance of the apartment building. Your stay is accentuated with complimentary on-site parking that caters to your vehicle`s security.
Other Things to Note:
Strategically located, our property allows you to dive into an array of vibrant local attractions. The iconic Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, with its charismatic shops and mouth-watering eateries, is a quick 7-10 min drive. Nature aficionados can channel their love for the outdoors with the majestic Cape Henlopen State Park only a 10-15 min drive away.
Whether you`re here to mark the Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day celebrations, our condo makes the perfect hub for these significant holidays. As winter approaches, envision the cozy warmth of our condo as you retreat from chilly winter days.
Sample fresh seafood or gourmet Italian dishes in the bustling Rehoboth Avenue. Beer lovers will absolutely love the Dogfish Head Brewpub, only a quick drive away. If the night calls for an energetic vibe, renowned bars such as The Rusty Rudder and The Pond are located a mere 10-minute drive away.
Certain house rules must be adhered to for an enjoyable experience. Smoking, pets, and disruptive behavior are strictly not permitted. Compliance with check-in and check-out timelines, and occupancy limits, safeguards a pleasant stay for all.
**Missing Parking Pass:** The Rehoboth Beach parking pass, essential during the peak season (May 15 - September 15), must be returned at the end of each stay to avoid replacement charges.

*$40 per hour unapproved late checkout fee.
*Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a $50 per person per night penalty. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (#guests)
*CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: - Check-in is after 4pm, and check-out is by 10:30am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with me first.
*OCCUPANCY: - I understand that for a whole verity of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact me to let me know. I’m reasonable and will accommodate wherever possible.
*AGE REQUIREMENTS: - There is a minimum age requirement of 21+. Guests under the age of 21 are still entirely welcome – they will just need to be accompanied by parents or guardians.
*NO SMOKING: - There is no smoking of any kind in the house. If you need to smoke, you can step out to the curb and pocket your butt.
*DRUGS: Illicit drugs - What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at my place I have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of my rules.
*BEHAVIOR: - If you’re coming to Rehoboth or Dewey to party you’ve picked a great beach to do so. Unfortunately, just not at my place. Though I`m sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior will, unfortunately, result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for me. Any excessive necessary cleaning is subject to an additional cleaning fee.
*DAMAGE: - I understand that accidents happen. But I do ask that you please let me know when they do. Chances are I can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
*BARBEQUE/GRILLING: - Unfortunately since it’s a multi-unit building grilling of any kind is strictly prohibited. Even outside on the patio, in or near the building (this includes gas and charcoal grills). Violating this rule will result in forfeiture of security deposit and you may be asked to vacate.
*CLEANLINESS: - Whilst I do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, I kindly ask that prior to leaving, you put any dirty dishes or kitchenware used in the sink and put used towels on the floor by the laundry closet. If you`d be so kind to take your trash to one of the dumpsters outside; it helps us get through the cleaning process quicker and allows me to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
*AMENITIES: - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)
*ELECTRICITY: - To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.
*SECURITY: - To ensure full safety of my guest’s belongings, please keep the front door locked as a precautionary measure. Whilst being one of the safest areas of town, I want to ensure every guest stay remains problem free, and this is just one small + simple thing we’re able to do to ensure that.
*ACCESS: - Please help avoid problems for everybody and stay out of locked closets and cabinets.
*NOISE: - To be considerate to the other residents/guests, I kindly ask you to keep things on the quieter side after 11 pm. And if you want to listen to music, please remember others and enjoy via headphones or in your personal space.
*LAUNDRY: - Washer and Dryer use is available for guests. Please clean the lint trap after each use.
* BEACH: - Please rinse the sand off to minimize the amount of sand tracked into the unit.
You`re welcome to use the Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass which is only required during peak season May 15 - September 15 and is good for use in non-metered parking areas. Please note that if lost or not returned, there is a replacement fee of $300.
