Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

All towels, including kitchen towels and oven gloves (if used) to be left together ready for cleaning staff.

Please remove all waste when vacating (not glass) along with fridge contents. Bins are located at the rear of the cottage under the kitchen.

Please ensure all kitchen crockery and cutlery, etc are washed and returned to cupboards. If heated towel rail has been used, please turn off. Check all personal belongings are removed.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Lovely cottage, super clean and beautifully renovated. We really appreciated the crisps and dog treats :) Parking right outside was handy. Beautiful log burner for a cosy night. Beds were super comfy. My daughter loved the smart-tech in the bathroom showing how much her shower cost. A bit tricky with our 4-legged friends. Stairs too steep for our small dogs, but we barricaded the bottom with our suitcases ok. We were expecting a Deck/Patio as listed but its an open area down some stone steps, so be ready to pop your dogs on the lead if they need to go out. Host was very friendly and instructions were super clear.

Amazing cottage beautifully decorated and furnished with a modern kitchen and shower room/toilet. Very comfy beds. High end linen and towels. Everything you would need was provided with little extras of nibbles and fresh flowers. Mark has thought of everything and there were even dog bowls for your pooch if you had one. Communication from Mark was excellent and very timely. Our first visit to Northumberland. It won’t be the last and this cottage will be high priority for a rebook. Highly recommend this cottage. It was a wonderful stay
