* In addition to condo association forms, a rental agreement with NextHome Beach Time Realty must be signed before confirming the reservation.

Well stocked condo. Walking distance to the beach.

This is an older 2nd floor condo that meet our needs. Walking distance to the beach and stores. Close parking to unit. Heated Pool was opened earlier than expected. The windows, screens, and blinds are showing signs of aging and at times difficult to open and close securely. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

We apologize for our experience. The owner recently updated and replaced all of the furniture in unit and made changes to the decor and blinds were replaced as well. Thanks, Heather NextHome Beach Time Realty

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A large 70s era 2 bedroom condo;close to the beach and all ammenities. The property is clean and well looked after.
