Nice property in a beautiful location. Troy was always very prompt with communication which was great. The house had little quirks but overall worked great for our purposes. We would stay here again!

Very nice home in a private setting. Perfectly placed between Franklin and Leipers Fork, about 10 minutes from each. Very clean, well appointed. We enjoyed peaceful mornings and nights on the patio and had a lot of fun in the towns.

Very nice location right outside of town. Easy to get to area attractions and places to walk. Enough room to spread out if you have a larger group. It was a great house for us.

Excellent communication and smooth check in process. Water pressure is great and the provided coffee was a wonderful perk. Visited during a very warm stretch in the summer. Bedrooms stayed cool, but living room has limited AC vents and was warm. Beds are very soft. Travelled with a toddler so we loved the high chair, booster seat, pack and play, and large variety of games and toys provided!
