The living is easy in this single family, bayfront home! Enjoy extensive docks with 2+ boat slips, 2 bayfront decks (lower with awning), and plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture for eating and lounging. Inside is the first floor kitchen (renovated 2023), living space, a dining room (with new sofa), a den/bedroom and a powder room with laundry. On the second floor are the primary bedroom with its newly renovated bath, 3 additional bedrooms, and the newly renovated hall bath - all with new flooring. The primary and 2 bedrooms open onto the back deck. There is garage space for storage, and off street parking for 4+ cars. Paddleboards, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, cart and beach towels are all available for your use. The beach path is one block away at 44th Street & Dune Drive. Enjoy all that Avalon offers - easy access to town, the bay, and the beach!
