About the host
Hosted by Patricia Cairns
We currently live south of Boston, Massachusetts. We have many happy memories of ski and hiking weekends here as well as active summer vacations with hiking, kayaking the Androscoggin, mountain biking and cliff jumping.
Why they chose this property
We have been heading to Bethel for about 15 years and bought this property as new construction in 2012. It is quiet and private with lots of adjacent walking/hiking trails. It's also close to the town of Bethel so easy to head in for dinner or to the grocery store.
What makes this property unique
The fireplace inside makes it cozy very quickly. In the summer you can sit outside at the fire pit and roast marshmallows and look at the stars. Relaxing on the deck with a cold beer in the summer after a day of outdoor adventure is treasured.
