We do not allow smoking in our units. Unfortunately we can't control if a tenant smokes outside of the units. Our units are throughly inspected after each rental and no one has ever smoked in the units. We wonder if someone was smoking by the AC units outside(STR next door closest to units) which is potentially how smoke could have entered upstairs as there is no way for the smoke to enter from downstairs into the vents. They are completely separate units. AS much as we try to mitigate smoke its difficult to mitigate all risk. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.

Naples Vacation

Overall our stay was fine. The apartment is plenty of space for two of us. The carpet could be replaced and the dryer worked very well but is fairly rusted. The location was in a quiet neighborhood. Vanderbilt Beach was a short drive. Downtown Naples was about 25 minutes by car. We drove to Sanibel Island so the location was good to go north. The Mercato is across Highway 41 so a mile or so away. There is a Whole Foods there as well as several good restaurants and shopping. The kitchen had a Keurig and French press and a few pans. If you are planning to cook you’ll need to buy or bring all the basics like spices, olive oil, etc. There is no outdoor space nor is there a grill. The owner did have beach chairs and towels and the person living downstairs lent us a beach wagon.

It’s great that the amenities like the beach chairs and towels added to your beach-going experience! Regarding the kitchen supplies, we truly appreciate your feedback. Due to health and safety concerns following Covid, we made the decision to no longer stock perishable basics like spices and olive oil. This was in response to many of our guests expressing a preference for purchasing their own for sanitary reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will consider ways to communicate this more effectively to our guests in the future. We also want to address your comment about the pots and pans. We’re sorry to hear that the high-end Circulon chef’s set was overlooked. It’s certainly our intention to provide our guests with all the equipment they might need for their culinary adventures. We’ll think about how we can make these more visible or better indicated for future guests. Thank you for your comments regarding the dryer. Indeed, the exterior shows a bit of rust, a common occurrence in Florida's humid climate. However, we are deeply committed to environmental sustainability, choosing to utilize appliances to their full lifespan before replacing them. Rest assured, the dryer is in excellent working condition and performs fabulously. We believe in minimizing waste and making eco-friendly choices, ensuring our guests enjoy the conveniences of home while supporting our green initiatives. We were surprised to read your comment about the carpets, as the ones in the master bedroom and Florida sunroom are brand new. We're curious about which area you're referring to, as we strive to maintain our property at the highest standard, a commitment that is often reflected in the 5-star reviews we receive from many of our guests. Great location

Stayed at this property Easter week and location was ideal for beaches, shopping, dining and just enjoying the neighborhood of Naples Park. The property is located about a half mile from Vanderbilt Beach so walking is an option. With chairs and umbrellas, walking is a little more difficult, but we are close to 60 and managed in the 90 degree heat. Otherwise, you can park in the structure near the beach. Check-in was easy and good instructions are given for the wifi and TV. Beds were extremely comfortable. A/C was great and unit had most everything we needed. Chairs and umbrellas were much appreciated. We had one issue on our last day with TV but property manager responded quickly and it was resolved. We are planning to stay here again sometime next year!

Distance to beach was too far to walk carrying chairs, umbrellas, etc. Beach was packed with people

The area was farther from beach than led to believe. The condo was old and had been 'renovated' by an amateur, pooly done. Windows didn't open, cracked tiles on the floor, bathtub had peeling decals, floors uneven so that you could feel it as you walked. No cable TV. Smart TV only allowed for some Hulu and limited Netflix. Not able to get major networks, so no football playoffs. Concrete steps to enter condo were treacherous! No chairs in yard or a place to sit outdoors. New furniture was nice but the whole place looked and smelled old! Beaches were filled by noon. People were 2 ft apart. State park quickly filled each day and closed up. Overall, not a good time. I will not be visiting Naples again.

Hello Joan. Naples beaches during season are crowded like most beaches in the area are at this time of year. Sorry to read that you didn't really enjoy your stay in Naples and sorry to see that that was reflected to your stay in our home. As in the description we are less than 1 mile from beach with parking garages available nearby at beach if the walk isn't doable for our guests. All TVs are smart Tvs and actually have over 100 free channels with Samsung as we discussed or you could steam with WIFI from devices. We are sorry to read that you will not be visiting Naples again. We hope you do decide to give Naples another chance in the future!

Great Location!!!

This property is in a great location for beach access, walking, shopping and dining. It is a short distance for all of these amenities. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is a plus. The kitchen was conveniently supplied with dishes, glassware, cookware and appliances. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. The owners are great to work with.

Naples, Vanderbilt Beach April 2018 review

The pictures were very accurate of this property. It is a very spacious apartment that was clean, close to the beach and comfortable. Milan, the manager of the property was a very friendly, accommodating, lovely person. Belinda and Milan did everything possible to make our stay a very enjoyable one. My husband inquired about the shower head which seemed to be leaking and Milan brought in a new one and replaced it immediately! He was putting up more motion sensor lighting for visitors safety and what was already there seemed adequate already. They provided beach chairs, an umbrella for use at the beach which were very appreciated! I sincerely would go back to this property simply to see Milan, who would be a great neighbor/friend to have!
