NEIGHBORHOOD:

Both the public recreation center and park are both just 2 minutes away. At the rec center you will find an indoor swimming pool, a wave pool, a swirl slide, and a lazy river! Work-out in the center's fully equipped gym. The park itself is one of the best! It has Frisbee golf, a lovely walking trail by the river, tennis court, hockey/soccer rink, basketball court, softball fields, and a fantastic playground!

The recreation center is free for YMCA members, but offers non-member day passes at a VERY REASONABLE rate.

Enjoyed our stay! VRBO is a beautiful house & well equipped with everything we needed! Even had games for the kids, nice roll away beds, etc! Was close to many attractions! We will stay here again when we come back to Colorado Springs!

Great place!

We are very lucky we found this place. We were able to have three families in the home It was perfect for our families, we all have younger kids. The house had everything you need for a stay with kids. Also, the owners were very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in the Colorado Springs area.

Great in communication. Host was very helpful to allow checkout at 11 am. Clean home. They have everything if you want to cook something.Our stay was windy day. Heard sounds all night near windows. I felt that was little unconfirmed. But not a huge.

Colorado Springs Family Trip

This property met and actually exceeded our family’s needs and expectations. Three generations of my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 6 bedroom VRBO. The house was extremely clean, very spacious, had an awesome kitchen and in a great location to reach the airport and all of the area venues we wanted to enjoy.

Beautiful house and View

Great place for large families

This home was perfect for our large party with lots of teens. The basement is the ultimate teen getaway with the rest of the house having plenty of bedrooms for all of the adults. Communication was great with the owner and location was central to everything. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Colorado Springs!

The house, views and location are perfect! The sunsets are breathtaking. The house is clean and well equipped! Most importantly the property managers are the sweetest, most accommodating and will do anything to make your stay extraordinary. We will be returning!

Wonderful house for my family!!!

This was the perfect house for our stay! Great layout and so wonderful that it had so many rooms and bathrooms. It is decorated and stocked wonderfully to help traveling with children. We spent quite a bit of time in the backyard and on the deck! This was my first time to use a vacation rental by owner and it was a great experience! Even being in a neighborhood it still felt very quiet and private. Great job by the owners for providing so much information about the home and ammenities.

Comfortable & Convenient

The house was plenty big enough for our group of 14 adults and children. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with all the utensils and supplies that we needed. Those in the upstairs bedrooms appreciated the window air units at night since heat rises! That was important since we ate most of our meals there. The yard was a good size for yard games. The host was very prompt in responding to my e-mails.

Fantastic stay for our family

We had 2 adults and 4 kids and this was the perfect home for us. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space and the kids loved it. The home is well equipped and the ping-pong table was a big hit for evening family fun after sightseeing around town. It is a great location and our family felt very safe. The views of Pikes Peak from the back are incredible. We stayed during New Years Eve and saw that they shot off fireworks from Pikes Peak. Now that was an incredible experience that I'm not sure we will ever see again. Benjamin was very attentive when we contacted him and you can tell that he really cares about his guests and the quality of their stay. Highly recommended.

Family home for family celebration

I was looking for a big home to bring family and extended family out for our son's graduation from the Air Force Academy. This is the home for the perfect get-together. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of amenities for cooking for our large group. The bedrooms were spacious and separate enough not to be on top of each other. The basement was perfect for the younger adults. The outside decks were amazing to relax on and soak in the scenery (Pike's Peak). The location of the home was central to so many activities for every age group from 18 - 85! The owners were very prompt and helpful with any and all communication. Overall, this was just the perfect home we were looking for.

Beautiful Home and Location

We truly enjoyed the house. Plenty of parking in the driveway. It was just enough space for our family to enjoy the holidays. There were a lot of instructions posted throughout the house but it did not stop us from enjoying the home. We hope to stay visit again!

Perfect Home For Perfect Trip

Enjoyed this vacation rental! The home was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, soaps, kitchen items, etc. The Hosts were on point with communication. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shopping. The park was a hit too for the kids. The adults did get in a game of disc golf. Highly recommend!

VRBO Housekeeping Nightmare

The house was very nice and normally would be in a quiet neighborhood.. The entire time we were there nail guns and air compressors were running as the neighbor was getting a new roof. I think the owners need to take this house off VRBO until it can be throughly cleaned. Trash from previous guests was laying at the top of the stairs. Bloody tissue was on floor and sheets and pillowcase had what appeared to be fresh blood. Our bed had crumbs in it and bedding definitely had not been changed from previous guests. Basement shower had hair all over. The refrigerator and kitchen counters had food crumbs and definitely hadn't been cleaned. We liked the house, just really needs to be cleaned. I would not recommend this house based on the cleanliness concerns.

This rental home is very spacious with plenty of bedrooms for 14 people. The location is in a nice neighborhood about 20-25 minutes from the base of Pike’s Peak.

Bring towels

This property suited our needs perfectly. Close to family and great location. But be sure to bring towels, hand towels, and washcloths. There was one towel per person, two hand towels total, and two washcloths total. So we purchased towels at Walmart. Otherwise we had a great stay.

We love Colorado Springs and the beautiful view of the sweeping mountains and Pikes Peak! When we purchased the home, we were in awe of the view from the spacious backyard. There is plenty of room to explore in the home as well. Guest can happily find individual privacy and with 3 living rooms and an open space kitchen layout the home is spacious enough for all guests to gather comfortably without ever feeling crowded. We wanted the house to include everything we look for when we stay at other vacation rentals. The little things matter and we do our best to ensure your stay is the most enjoyable!
